My view about ICO maybe we know each Developer have their own goal about the project. There maybe a lot of developer who look like left project after listed on market, but beside that we can see there are a lot of developer who really serious in their project and we can see it from their token/coin in market.

My view for this year is of course ICO will be better and can provide benefits. This year should be the first moment for the rise of the Crypto market. Maybe I will have more to collect ICO coins. So if this year if the market returns, I recover, I am ready to sell coins.
I see this year's ico not so good, many of which ended in fraud. my advice is that you better take the time to research a few ico projects before joining, if you feel confident about that ico then you can join it. always be aware of fraudsters ico.
In 2019, investors and bounty hunters stopped believing in new projects and new coins. We need a project that can keep everyone safe. Investors want to see the finished product and bounty hunters want to see a quick exit to the listing on the stock exchange and the issuance of awards in full at the set time. I understand that such a model of the ICO project is a utopia but I hope for the best.
product delivery was be main problem for much ico now.they didnt prepare their projects well.they launched ico when they only have idea, and there is no developtment progress at all.so this is make investors dont trust anymore on new projects.

Generally I don't have the confidence about the new ICO projects because the hope will be very low about the new projects which will be scared because if it was scam then our work and time will be waste that's why I don't take risk again.
Perhaps you could do more thorough research on the project before making any investment or business with it. When we are going to launch our ICO project I will work on educating the people about the idea, its execution, project development and the business development strategy.

My opinion is that more worthy projects appear, but, as history shows on a bear market, it is difficult to raise funds, I think that ICO takes on a different form, which excludes low-quality projects, competition also appears and, thus, the quality of new projects improves
Now a days, people and investors has already understand the reality of the ico's and developer who is launching the ico. Due to the many scam ico, investors are investing very carefully. If any ico come in the market, that will follow the guidelines of the security exchange commission which is regulating the crytpo world. Genuine projects will come every years without any problem.
I have nearly lost hope to see any other great projects, but right now I am pretty confident that ICOs will survive and will transform to an IEO that will guarantee direct token listing after the end of their token sales.

We are going to publish our ICO project very soon and I know what it takes to develop a high-quality project with honest intentions to make it succeed completely. I think that in the 2019 cryptocurrency market, it is now a period of opportunity and risk. As long as you have the courage to invest, you will definitely get the ideal return.I understand that you have more experience than skill. However, a little wrong to advise this. This year is security tokes offering time. as far as i know there are many projects with security token which pays dividend to the holder but i cant say this is good or bad. all i can say is that security token is hard to get listed on exchanges so there will be a little problem on liquidity.
