I think most projects currently don't inspire my confidence but I think some older projects will mature and eventually boom.
I believe that some projects this year may be interesting. In 2018, the ICO was going through not the best times, but I think that the situation will change a little.
I see that most of the ICO this year came from last year. Projects still cannot raise enough funds to complete the ICO and extend them indefinitely.
Seeing the ICO project this year, I think it must also look at the conditions of the Crypto market. Crypto market if slowly able to rise again. I think the crypto project will also be better and we can count on them. But in this work, we cannot give up and continue to work on the ICO project. Because at one time it can make a profit for us.
My view of the ICO project in 2019 is very good and it seems that some projects are still reliable. And I was very happy because a few weeks ago there was a sudden pump. And that makes me sure if this year the ICO project will be very developed.
I don't know how you say that was a good pump. I think you already have seen the same pump in January. Right? We can hope very good luck for every ICO projects, but if you look carefully, every project is suffering to gain the soft cap, except some. Because Haratoken ICO sold out within 30 hours! Because they have real life usage! So, If an ICO project come with not only words rather the real-life use, then they can achieve success!
Every day people are talking about the ICO projects, and you can see most of the people have no hope in ICO for this year. Look at the Azbit project, they are very professional with a very active team, and Roger ver also in their Advisor list. But Azbit ICO is more than suffering to reach its 5M USD soft cap! ICOs have lost their appealing touch and attraction. Hugely due to the downward movement of the market. Also, owing to the fact that lots of ICOs have either turned out to be Scam or offered very little in terms of returns on investments leading to a significant pull back and pull out of the atmosphere leaving it to either starve or at best, lost of interests from intending investors.
ICO is at it's worse this year, so many investors have lost their money and bounty hunters have lost time and effort from promoting ICO, this could be the end of ICO the quality has become worse, we do not have a great project like Lisk and Waves in the ICO right now.
It’s sad to end like this but ICO is really in danger if they continue to produce useless projects. 2019 is not good for them but if they are so serious about doing business they will do a lot to gain the trust of the public. There’s still a room for ICO, but they must do better this time and make sure that their project will be worth it for the investors.

Investing in ICO projects currently is not a good form of investment due to the current situation of the crypto market. Some ICO projects don't even list their crypto coin for investors to trade to even get their initial investment capital. It will be best to invest your capital into Bitcoin and Ethereum trading than investing in ICOs.

This is still the beginning and certainly very difficult to draw conclusions about the development of the ICO. we should talk about this when the situation is in Q2 2019. earlier this year the ico project is still trying to develop and the results are usually in the 5th month of this year. if you look at the price of a digital currency, there is a positive change, because if the price of the digital currency is on a positive track then it is more likely that more ico projects will succeed.
Most investors participate in the ICO only for one purpose - to benefit. Based on this, the win-win option will be Binance Launchpad.

Failure, all ICO this year is a failure. I invested in ICO SOAR of krypital in November 2018. And today they listed in the first exchange and its price has dropped 10 times compared to ICO price, too horrible and frightening ICO 
In general, I believe that ICOs still have a right to exist, and are fully capable of giving a good profit in the case of competent investments, but the chances of losing for inexperienced investors are much higher than before.
In order to comment on 2019 yearly, I think that this year's BTT project, which is the most successful project of this year, has been realized and this project has the opportunity to invest in ICO stage. On the other hand, I think that every project that will be seen on Binance Launchpad will be successful this year. Still bad I have three campaigns that failed to reach the soft cap and still have 20 campaigns that are waiting to come after several months, it seems bounty manager won't distribute in the current market condition, so if you want to set up one, better forget it.

Good news is it looks like people who are aiming at scamming people and shady people who are trying to take advantage of the ICO era is less and less each day because its harder for people to get funding. A year ago when someone posted a new funding they could make thousands of dollars without really presenting anything because people believed in the off chance the 10 dollars they put into the project turns into millions one day. There was people who created fake ICO that was like "money for me" literally written as a joke and people still paid him. So, long story short we are at least starting to see legit ICO and STO and whatever that takes these things seriously instead of silly stuff so I think the future is bright for these new ICO's from now on, at least for now, don't know if ICO fever will return ever again but if it returns than it will be ruined again.
It was a hard year not only for ICOs, but for the whole crypto currencies market in general. But it is only the matter of time, till we would finally see some outstanding ICOs that would reach their hardcaps and will give an awesome profit.
in my personal opinion if we take part in the ICO in 2019 it will get better results than in 2018. because currently the market price is still very cheap and I am sure that in the future crypto prices will increase so that it will have an effect positive on ICO coin prices in the future.
As bounty hunter will expect the ICO project to succeed. Most ICO projects have stopped now because the current market is not good. Bounty hunters always want developers to be open, transparent and on time.
