I am a very calm player at poker and have had the experience of gambling for no longer than a month. It is quite interesting but indeed hard to anticipate what is going to happen and you could literally feel the risk in poker. So I preferred rather to stay attached to my area of expertise and not to risk it all in poker. The probability of a win in sports gambling is a bit more clearer than that in poker.

Like the upper poster has correctly mentioned, addiction is not about those who play for money or not, I have clearly explained how to avoid this shit mentality and that is by staying in control of the game, know when to say know and when to continue with a game.

I am that bad player that would win, make sure I use the money I earn from the last win, to hunt for new games because I aim for more rewards. Isn’t this how gambling should be done?

I always thought it was the maturity in gambling that would make a gambler resolve at the kind of player to become. It even takes more maturity to make this decision because there are times you really want to stay for long in the game and because of how you have built yourself in the game, you decide to play and run, so at this point I need a better understanding of staying on top of the game and control. There’s room to learn more and this is what I do daily.

I am the hit and run player. I know myself that I cannot play for so long and I do not have all the skills that would make me a good player so once I win, I go with my money and have no intention to replay.

I intend to be the hit and run player. I am using the word intend because I have been playing for a while now and yet haven’t had one record of winning, I spend a lot of time on this game and luck has just refused to smile at me. I know some of you will come to attack me that I am not skilled enough, please spare me those crab, I have done my best in learning.

I am so optimistic about my win and I hope it will be mind blowing. That day might mark end in playing poker games but for now I am not giving up until I break that record. I know it can be frustrating playing games and always loosing but I am willing to be patient till I win, moreover, I think I am having fun from the game already.

Playing poker online, I'll be the hit and run type of guy. I'll win big and cash out immediately.

But if I am playing in a poker table with real individuals, I like to win big and win more by using my capital to bluff other players. Of course, this will only work to non-professional poker players.

I honestly can say that i am a kind of a poker player when it refers to profits, who hit and runs when i started earning huge amount of money, so i could play poker another time and it is a lot of risk if i will start to play all of my winnings that i could lose all of it. I am the latter kind of poker player. Only once in my life I withdrew my winnings because it was really significant amount for me, 0.17 BTC. All the other times I use the money I win for buying tickets to other tournaments or for cash games. But saying that I hunt for bigger rewards would be only half-true. I enjoy the game very much, and what I'm hunting for, apart from rewards of course, is for playing more games. I'm talking about poker with real players, of course. Video poker is a different thing entirely, but some people somehow manage to confuse the two.

Number 1 and 2. I am also a hit and run once I knew that I have a bad luck day or what I called out of the cards. But sometimes, I am eager for bigger rewards since I gamble for fun and for money. I just want to add the third one whom are the gamblers that you expect the lowest chips but has higher bets when the cards are on them. What do I call this, the innocent players. You have thought that they just easy to destroy but you will know their character once they bet their whole chips.

Well just like you I also play poker on a bitcoin casino that offers plenty of gaming games, aside from poker they also have slots, blackjack and roulette. Your method of playing would have been so interesting if I never tried but the thing about gambling is that what works for one never works for another.

This was me some years back, I would play, once I win, withdraw my little win and dash off the site for a while before I return again, with this mentality that I was trying to play safe, but I wasn’t enjoying my gambling then and it wasn’t giving me opportunity to make so much, considering my intentions for becoming a gambler which was to make money I had to change strategy.

So I resulted to my new method which I feel its best but it’s of more risk. I now keep my money and use the profit I get from the past bet to hunt for newer ones. Like I said, this method is risky but it’s better for me as a professional player.

Well, I have been in that casino as you were used to playing now, in Vegascasino and it has fast withdrawal that makes me want but anyway, I am the player that used to be ones who uses the money I've earned since I haven't won that big so it is okay for me to lose it. However, if I hit a big one then probably I will go for the option one who used to hit and run because it'll be waste if I just lose it all right beside it is the opportunity I shouldn't give up.

I think that I'm the hit and run type if I make more profit in one round that I have lost in the previous rounds, I will be ready to leave the game, I might stay for another or two rounds, just to see if I'm in luck, but I like to leave the game while I'm still in profit.

I am not really good at poker but you know I can be if I try hard and a lot. This is something that gets better and better with the passage of time. You need to explore about the area and maybe play more often to understand how things work. I rather love to gamble at sports but Poker is one of the best ways to make millions if you are passionate about it.

Poker do require some real experience and knowledge to play and I do prefer it over dice / Wheels games. Infact, dice games can be played and won by kids too but in order to win a poker game, you need to have some basic understanding of the game. The more you understand poker, the better you will be able to play and win.

I think that is what makes it even more interesting and more of matured players. It took me months before I could know some basis of the game and even after I started playing and even while in the game I was still learning.

The problem with other gambling that allows anyone play without any knowledge is that it opens door for addiction because it welcomes anyone to come and gamble to try their luck and during the process of trying their luck some player would get carried away and lose focus with the game. I am not the type of player that when I win, I use the money I get to look for other games so that I can get more money, I think that is the life of a business gambler.
