I've always been the kind of person to get just a little bit of profit and leave with it, so that would be number one in here, though there are also times when I'm feeling lucky and I try to get a large reward for my gambles. Doesn't always work, but it's definitely a lot of fun, especially when you happen to win. Then again, I'm really not a great poker player by any means, so I'm not too confident in my skills in the first place which might be why I usually cash out my gains quickly.

I am kind of player who don't even know how to play it properly. Grin

I did played few time in my life and also with friend but I am not aware of any winnings on it.

If you do not know how to play it properly, how could you even play it few time? Were you donating your money to other players only? I cant understand why did you play a game that you have no ideas about how the game works. I wonder, did you play it with real money or you did it on a poker game where no money is involved?

I have noticed that there two kinds of persons in poker gambling (when it refers to profits)

1._ The hit and run ones
2._ The ones who uses the money earned on previous bets to hunt for a bigger reward

What's your kind?

I believe that poker is also a game of luck (many gamblers think that it is about skill and knowledge but I don't think so) so I am a hit a run poker player.
The possibilities to win some money are more if you don't make a lot of bets thus this is the reason I do so.

Happily this is my humble class and am contended with it. Wiser is the man who gamble "Hit and Run" for they save their precious souls against the unknown, in the world of gambling, and they should be appreciated if need be. Personally, i have lost so many-times to porker and gambling in general, but after i adopt the "hit and run" method, my gambling life has changed from bad to good, as i made some reasonable wins most time.

You may hear the old stories people lost lots of funds on poker games now the era of crypto, we are seeing that people who are making money on online games that too poker games are very easy for the people who have the best strategy.

I prefer to play sports betting than poker games. So I am unsure about this. May be number will be the choice for the many people.

Have never be on this class, since my advent on porker games. Hit and run players, are player with a fearful mindset, and i personally see them as myopic gamblers or players. They never get anything tangible from gambling, and sometime think they are wiser.

Cheesy This class has been my class, and will remain my class for life, haven learned porker for years back, i have leaned to chase the bigger price from my little earnings. Sometime, win for bigger price could lead to some lesser than expected, but am always happy to bid for the bigger price undermine the possibility of my wins on the game.

I am probably the "Hit, Run, Process the victory in my head (for some days/weeks/months) and play again"  kind of people.
I would have to take my time to weigh my chances of getting another victory.

In terms of profits, I am more of a hunter, just like the most of us, probably. However, I think that the runners are actually better because if they win, they don't lose what they've just earned. Knowing when to stop and let go is very important if one is playing poker for money. I am not the kind of a person that is able even to bluff properly, so I play poker for fun, not for profit, and I prefer to do that with my friends rather than strangers. Of course, if one is interested in the process rather than the result, it's natural that the 'hit and run' strategy is not very appropriate here.

I don't play poker games, but I will give my opinion.
I will prefer to do hit and run because, in that option, I can run and save the money if I win.
And if I lose, I will take a break for a while before I continue the games.
I think I use that in other games because I cannot play poker like other people.

I'm definitely more of a hit&run type of player.
When I win any significant amount, I just tend to cash out and leave it at that.

I'm just not a professional player, so I'd have more chances to lose it all, instead of using that big bankroll to my advantage Tongue

I think that I'm that type that don't run off easily because I have won a little money. You know sometimes you lose a lot and at another time, you can be lucky to be winning, so why shouldn't I take the advantage of a winning day.

Ain't exactly know which of the option I can consider as me as a player. Sometimes, I am this person who just loves to play poker and I also use the money I won from the previous bets to hunt for a bigger reward. Sometimes, I also run if I have enough win in my pocket.

There is nothing wrong with betting and hunting for bigger rewards. However, we must always make sure to think about the emotion of being greedy. By doing it, you would probably lose all your money and get stuck at the stage of looking for money to have an act of revenge by lending from other persons and institutions. As long as you have a control in your finances, then being a hit and run and a profiteer is not bad at all.

I am more of a hit and run type when I play. Those who hunt for bigger rewards are probably the same people who are either take gambling too seriously or addicted to gambling.

It is true, the addict are the ones that will keep playing after making some profit until maybe they lose all. I don't play like that, if I make profit I leave, maybe I'm also the class of hit and run. Grin

I just play poker with my friends to relieve stress on the weekends. So, I am the hit and run ones. I do enjoy playing poker since it doesn't just involve luck, but also skills and strategies.
And that I think will be the edge of a gambler, if they're skilled and strategic the chances of winning are higher.

The hit and run term is funny though it sound negatively but it's pretty sure the wise thing. Why not just enjoy our profit tho.

Hit and run is what most gamblers do and its good for them , its a wise strategy but i sometimes feel guilty doing it especially if i gamble on local gambling ( like for example on carnivals )  because they are only small time, gambling is thier way of earning an income but if all gamblers will do this  . i cant imagine what will happen on them   .  but when it comes to playing poker i only play for fun  , i wont mind the money that i bet   .

Hit and run all the way. I primarily gamble for fun which is why I don't seriously focus on rewards which is why I tend to play only for short intervals now and then. This strategy has always helped me stay in control and have fun whether I earn or lose money while playing poker.

I am not the second one. I hit and run, I play just to see whether I am lucky today. Those who uses the money earned on previous bets to hunt for a bigger reward are professionals, they stake large and that is why they hunt for bigger rewards.

I stake small and that is why I hit and run.

I am a casual poker player but I identify myself with the number two, whenever I got some winning money I try to continue to play in hope for a bigger reward, the unfortunate event is that everytime I end up losing all the money the one I won and also my bankroll.
