Do people really still think it goes to 0?

You don't have to think it will go to 0 to panic sell.
It's much simpler than this!

People who buy to get quick gains think only about their profit and they don't have a plan for the next 2 years without their money. They cannot wait.
They either get some profit right now or they'll even take the loss just to free their capital and be able to invest in something else. Most traders think they can make more money if only they are not left holding a bag. Some are right, most are wrong.

and negative news can also affect panic and it all depends on our intelligence in assessing the market situation and the latest news to do the analysis properly and accurately.
bad news is a scourge, it can change the direction of market movement abruptly. especially when it comes to bitcoin legality, the impact is quite large. Moreover, our mentality is not good, for example, we need money for life necessities so we choose to sell it immediately rather than fall deeper.

often panic selling is done by people who do not understand this ecosystem well, so they are still emotional. let alone new people, sometimes those who are experienced can also get carried away, so it is very important to learn market analysis and manage emotions so you don't panic easily.

We saw the past from $10 to 60k is going up and up. So it sure it will reach $500k next destination.
But why the hell people panic sell now after it reach this high amount?
Do people really still think it goes to 0?

There soulnd't be any sale presure given the history that we see Bitcoin only going up in value

It isn't only panic selling when the price crashes. There can be several reasons, traders preparing for bad news, Stop losses are triggered, leverage positions liquidated, People get scared of long bear market and want to protect their capital so they can buy more at the bottom. And the whole thing comes down like house of cards.

Everyone has its aim price especially those who trade regularly, there's someone who will sell no matter what's the situation is. For those who panic sell, sometimes its related to the current news, on what we can see on twitter, socmed and frauds. But I see no reason why would someone will think btc price will go to zero, not unless of you're craig.

I think it also often happens because they invested more than they are willing or can afford to lose. You are trying to recoup as much as you can and conduct a type of damage control. The real harm is done when you panic sell because of weak market signals and the market recovers shortly after.

Be aware that we will face some inevitable losses and everything that happens is normal, usually after a sharp rise and the market starts experiencing a correction or decline due to a sell-off by a weak hand.
and volatile market situations such as this rollercoaster often make many investors or traders feel anxious and panic about investing, and tend to make transactions based on emotion.
and negative news can also affect panic and it all depends on our intelligence in assessing the market situation and the latest news to do the analysis properly and accurately.

Hmmm, it could be a yes. They think that it's going down a lot and that's why they sell. Lack of experience of the market is pushing them to sell and do it in panic mode. But if you've been in the market for a year or two, you won't really think of panicking because these drops are very normal and there's no need to worry about. The pressure that they feel is that because they're checking the value of the bitcoin they hold from time to time and if they see it drop, that's adding to the fear that it would drop some more.

Some people sell off their Bitcoin because they are afraid the price might keep falling and they will lose their money. While other sell because they believe they have gotten some profit. Bitcoin price rises and falls, so then it falls, it shouldn't cause panic. Although it might take some time to bounce back, but surely it must rise. Patience is what is required, if we want to make enough profit from Bitcoin. I will advice, we buy more Bitcoin now, in order to make more profit when the price rises up.

Panic sell usually means;

-They dont like for their money to be in deep loss
-They do have in mind that price might go below way more than into the previous one
-They do secure or protect their profit on that recent rise
-They had been influenced by Fuds

Lots of reasons you can throw on but we know that panic selling does always have negative results
but there are still some pro's though.

They are not panicking but just taking advantage of the situation.

Bitcoin price will always lead to the moon but on the way, we can take this dip as a chance or opportunity to take profits "while having a chance to accumulate more bitcoin" in the process later on.

Your owned BTC won't increase in numbers or quantity if you will just hold it so others are doing trades.

People can panic and sell when not appropriate, only inexperienced traders will do that, what mostly happen is that the price of the coin will be decreasing, after dropping to certain level, some people will panic for the price not to fall further, they will sell when experienced traders know it is time to buy, after the panic sell, the price start to rise. When to buy and when not to sell is when the market is already red, but only good traders know that.

Some people panic sell because they are human beings which we all tends to make irrational decision sometimes and secondly the price at which bitcoin is some people already concluded that the profit they have attained so far is enough for them so they sell off with any slight drop in price.

We have bad news, price manipulation, whales taking profit. They are all reasons making people panic sell without think of the consequence that their coin will recover.

That is why people should hold their coin and only sell when it hit their targets. Do not look at the charts most of the time or you will be addicted.
