It makes me trust the new altcoins adequate behavior in the market. Because if the coins do not adequately behave, then something is wrong with it. And you should not buy it. Another very important role is the number of users. The more the better for the coin.
A good investigation of an ICO makes me trust in them. It is a must for everybody, who do not want to lose all their savings, to investigate the project very well. To read their whitepaper, to look at the community stats, to check the team members and to follow the product development. If everything is great, I would invest in such an ICO.

Do research in,start with the whitepaper and the developers/team behind the project. Great Coins will also have a team that is outstanding so that the project can always evolve for the better. In addition you can also perform additional research by joining in the forum that has a lot of member experience,from their arguments you can draw little conclusion to convince your decision is in.
i think one of the most important factor to trust a new altcoin is searching how popular its team is and then to invest or whatever.
First I look at how long the project exists. How many teams that have developed it. What are the new innovations and there are no competitors. It's pretty simple.

The reason why i trust any new altcoin is that it is being developed to solve a new problem in the economy sector. and the community will really adopt it if it is useful to them. such as the RENC platform that is built to effectively enable peer to peer car sharing.
It is a bit risky to give credit to the new altcoins but if their projects attract me than I am considering to invest in it.

Usually trust exists because the developer cares about the smallest things, for example from the team, community members, project details, project road maps. that is our benchmark for determining several projects that can be trusted

I study the forum, see what people write, choose the most interesting proposal. I study ICO ratings and always read whitepaper. Everyone needs to experience. Without practice experience not obtain.
for trust a new altcoin need more deep analisys, undestod the project and how is work, how the implement what is the product for sirculation? after that, who is the team, advisor suport for the company. the more serious the project the more trust we can give to them.

Well, there are many scam coins now, and it is difficult for newbies to evaluate a project which is the good/potential project or not. In my opinion, I usually evaluate a new coin based on its developt team, product, roadmap, whitepaper, community... One project cannot be success if it lacks these factors. Of course, there is a roadmap, whitepaper, product but the project still can come scam coin, so we should consider carefully, find more information as we can before joining the project.
