I have not really been here for a very long time, but I noticed there are lots of things to learn, not just Bitcoin but some nice ways of reasoning, writing, and helping me to read more often.

While county was very difficult for young people a long time ago, lots of young people went into different ways of making money, which wasn't really legit. I started watching my male friends to know what they do for a living. So I noticed they aren't into any illegal stuff, but they were doing so well, so I asked, and they told me I can also do well if I'm patient and ready to learn, so I decided to join and learn what they know.
And believe me, I have been trying my best to read more often than before, which is even helping me reduce my TikTok lifestyle, which wasn't beneficial to me.

This post reminds me alot about how I joined the Bitcoin family. Many years ago even before I started school at the university, I had a friend who constanted persuaded me to invest in Bitcoin. I didn't pick interest in it because there were lots of ponzi schemes as at that time, you won't really blame me because the testimonies I heard about Bitcoin were too good to be true, so I thought Bitcoin was one of those scams.

I gave Bitcoin a trial few years after I graduated from the university and a friend recommended the Bitcointalk forum where I will have to learn from other members who are very knowledgeable in it. I must say, the experience so far has been amazing and I have gained alot.

OP is right, if you don't know why you are here in the first place, you might end up leaving or even abusing the privilege you are given for being here. Incase you all don't know, being here is a privilege which should not be taken for granted.

This forum has helped many individuals believe that bitcoin is the best investment to do and be profitable, allowing many people to achieve their goals.

Not sure about the goals and achievement thing, but one thing is for sure, this forum is undoubtedly the best place for one to learn about Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies within the industry and to stay updated about things that are happening around the cryptocurrency sphere.

On a lot of occasions, you would read things on this forum before you get to read them from somewhere else such as good or bad news, updates, network upgrades, forks, halvings, and anything else that I didn't mention. So if a person is actively visiting the forum, they don't need to watch the news or anything because they will see and hear everything from here. On rare occasions, one might come across topics and stuff that they might need to search about to understand the actual context but that isn't always the case.

I joined this forum because I wanted to know everything about Crypto trading and investment. My friend told me to join this forum when I discussed with him that I wanted to learn  Crypto. He told me there is no other place I can get valuable information about it than the bitcointalk forum here.I had to heed to his advice and joined the forum, and I can boldly say now that since I joined this forum,I have really gained because I have known more about trading and investment, where as these are what I wouldn't have dreamt of.

Many things compelled me to join the forum in order to understand what the main reason for bitcoin, and what he did because when they told me about bitcoin, they said it is a best investment and that if you can be patient and invest your money in it, you will make a huge profit, and later when I was ready to begin my journey on bitcoin investment, my friends introduced me to the forum where I would gain full knowledge of bitcoin and gradually I began picking things that would make me strong in my investment. This forum has helped many individuals believe that bitcoin is the best investment to do and be profitable, allowing many people to achieve their goals.

To be honest I usually come to bitcoin forums mainly for earning purposes. I have heard in the past that there are many ways to make money from bitcoin forums. I mainly joined bitcoin forums to pay for my family and my institutional education. But apart from making money bitcoin forum there are constantly updated millions of new knowledge. It is also compared to a type of news paper.
Well, that was also my motivation at first hearing a lot of members have improved their life’s status. But when I entered the forum, I realized that there’s never easy way to stay profitable with bitcoin. You should have gained maximum knowledge and experience as well if possible so you can achieve your goals in the forum. Thankfully, I was never impatient with knowledge acquisition and apply them in myself until I developed my own skills and strategies in the forum. That’s when I start to earn decent profits, which is my ultimate goal why I joined the forum.

The major reason why I am here is to become a crypto investor particularly BTC, when I do ready about crypto on social media and some articles display about BTC and checking my source of income I never got a knowledge that many strategies that can even suit in my level of financial income is available for me to be a Bitcoiner, as  there as I always puzzle and considering the ATH of BTC but when I entered the forum the knowledge I got and the more I am learn has shown that I was operating on ignorance on the past over BTC investment. Because of the strategy I learn called DCA, buying the dip and holding for long time.

For earning purposes? How much you have earned from Bitcoin forums? What jobs you do exactly?
I see you are still in member rank, it is not enough to join signature campaign paid in Bitcoin. If you join the campaign paid in new altcoins, you probably got for cents. So it is quite impossible if you can get enough money for your family or for institutional education.

Of course, improving knowledge is important thing. If we don't do this, we can't adapt with any condition in the forum. We also may have no idea to join discussion in varied topics in this forum.

I know Bitcoin from trading, even I know Bitcoin first from the Bitcointalk forum. After that, I was introduced to Bitcointalk by my friend. They say that their Bitcointalk can make a lot of profits. Knowledge of crypto plus bonuses can make money through campaigns.
If you know Bitcoin from trading, you already know Bitcoin before you joined this forum. Is it correct?
What profits that your friend told to you? I guess you friend tells about the profits we can get from joining any campaign in this forum.
In the past, there are many big campaigns that people can earn huge money. Now, it is over already, we only have many small campaigns.

Me too. I already knew Bitcoin because I started trading several months after I quitted my job because I didn't like it. I soon realised that trading was some kind of lottery and I didn't have much money to waste to whales, so I decided that I should better learn about Bitcoin and I found this forum that also allowed me to work in a difficult moment for me. So I have nothing but words of gratitude for Bitcointalk.

Since then I just tried to register, the most interesting thing about me is that bitcointalk is able to provide additional income even though it is not instant. Maybe not only me, many others have the same orientation. But at the end of the day Bitcointalk is not just a forum to make extra money, there is greater knowledge than just money that we can earn on this forum.

I want to announce to you that if you are only here because you want to make quick money, then you may mostly likely not make the money and here will be so boring to you because you will reveal that tendency and the OGs will notice you.
Some of the older people can share their experience as regards to how they started, maybe we all can learn somethings too.
In case you don't know almost everyone here came for a purpose which either to gain knowledge to be able to manage their bitcoin investment or to manage their overall investment journey. If you look carefully there are people who are putting up some kind of advertisement codes on their profile I think this is called signature codes, these people are also here for intense to make money.

Let us not forget about the truth and is always better only few people that are here don't remain here for money purpose rather to expand their knowledge to personal wellbeing whichever includes, guiding themselves on external and internal attack, knowing the latest update about bitcoin and something new towards the development of bitcoin.

We can't deny the fact that people are here active because there's always something that is keeping them here and if that is working fine then they have no option to tell their friends of something new here and whenever they comes you would quickly noticed it because they always expressed impatient towards everything they do, even though there are people who are here with genuine yet we can't deny that there being active is for a reward they are gaining from here.

Yes, there are some who joined this community to scam users in the community, which is a bad idea because the person you scam will never forget what you did to he or she, and the scammer will surely receive courses that will make them not to end well in life.

The thing that motivated me to join this community, is that you can achieve your goal in life which is the major reason that make me to be here, and my eyes has open to see many opportunities but to achieve all those opportunity someone need to be more active in this community to enable to achieve them.

The more I spend more time in the community, the more I learn a new things that will make me to build solid relationships with decentralized currency to achieve my goal in the future, which I'm ready to contribute positive things in the community to last long.

I got interested in Bitcoin to such an extend in early 2011 that I also GPU-mined more than one Bitcoin that I set as a goal for me. I likely visited this forum back then as a guest to dig for information or answers to questions I had.

My first account was registered back in 2013 but this account got locked due to a forum hack and I missed the period to reset my account's password due to inactivity and temporary lack of interest for all around Bitcoin. (Don't care about altcoins or shitcoins in particular.)

I didn't want to jump over all hoops to reactivate my former accountnot clinging to it and thus registered my current one in March 2021. Regarding the journey from 2011 to 2021 and to present, I'll pay more attention to my current account and made sure to stake necessary data to prove ownership of my account if need arises.

My main goal of participation in this forum is to broaden my knowledge about Bitcoin in particular and crypto coins in general and associated topics of security, self-custody and whatnot. I felt humbled when I was invited to participate in a signature campaign and accepted this new challenge for me. I remember old days when some signatures like those of Chipmixer were seen virtually attached to every post, me being kind of annoyed by that somewhat (perhaps I was a bit envious). The head is round so that opinions can change direction.  Grin
Same with mine. I want to be knowledgeable about bitcoin and the crypto space, which leads me to join the forum so I’ll be able to expose to the forum and get involved in it. And when I have acquired sufficient amount of knowledge and experience, that’s when I realized that there are a lot of earning opportunities you can gain from the forum. Aside from investing and trading alone, you can also learn to develop and enhance your crypto skills so you can land a side job that will pay you a high compensation.

What motivates me a lot to join this forum is because I keep seeing people in social media testifying on how they make a huge profit from their investment, often times they keep testifying, then I personally made up my mind to give it a trial. but before I go into making any investment first I will need to have the knowledge, then I ask my friend on where I can learn about cryptocurrency and also how to make investment then he referred me to this platform. I most say that this platform is really amazing, I have been here for few months now and I'm beginning to get familiar with some things, I'm still hoping to learn more.

Everyone in this forum have their different and major reason for joining bitcointalk. But Op you didn't mention what motivated you to join bitcointalk. And this post have been repeatedly discussed in this forum.Let's learn to stop repeating posts that have been discussed even if your expressing it in your own opinion, you just have to reply or quote the previous trend similar to your trend.Anyways it is what it is,like you said some people in this board were motivated to join because of the pay from signature campaign, some are here to know more on bitcoin while those that that are having knowledge on bitcoin are here to express their knowledge.Whatever motivation, making money from signature campaign is wrong but learning more and making contribution actively will help to grow before thinking of signature campaign.

i also just made a post on this topic, this topic has been hidden for a long time, i'm quite surprised why someone has bumped this topic again.
If you have time to review the posting history - then try reviewing that user's posting habits. There are two old topics that he deliberately bumped after being submerged for more than 7 months - if you are sharp enough to pay attention to them, then you will definitely know what his motives are.

I then wondered - is this topic still relevant to maintain after 7 months of being drowned out by dozens or hundreds of other topics?
If someone else notices that - I hope they give me the answer, but I know it's relevant to bump some old topic if there's something really constructive to discuss further.
I have already posted about this yesterday. But surprised that the user who bumped the drowned post for many days also bumped some more drowned posts. I don't know why the user is doing this and what is his purpose.

This user quoted a post that was made on June 13, 2023, almost 11 months ago, and he resurfaced it on April 26, 2024.
I'm sharing some links to some of his long ago submerged post bump.

Why ban the bounty board? The problem is not that this board exists, the problem is that beginners do not allocate their steps correctly. The correct step is to first learn the basics of cryptocurrencies, then try to make money. I'm sure most bounty participants have little to no specialized knowledge and all their skills are mostly centered on smarts, registration and copypasting. Nowadays you don't even need to copypaste, you just need to register with some AI bot and it will generate all sorts of content for the bounty itself, starting from articles and ending with various pictures.

Actually, To me, I don't see anything that would lead to banning of bounty board. When someone refuses to do what he or she is suppose to do, definitely, there will be something wrong somewhere.

Because, like me, I joined the forum purposely to learn more about crypto especially, Bitcoin. Yes I have strong believe that as an individual in 21st century, one should have the knowledge of this kind of things. I mean cryptocurrency knowledge, because it is one of the ways of earning cash these days.

I came here with zero knowledge and wanted to learn more regarding the community, as I keep seeing there's a lot of topics I didn't know and related to because of curiosity. this brings me to another level of understanding how this works and also through help of other members I learn something and of course share at the same time that's the purpose of the community. Just part of the reward is getting paid, I guess, because those are based on your experience. The more you know, the wider the connections and knowledge you can use for your path.
To me, I think the main reason why someone should join the forum, is to make sure he's joining it firstly to acquire knowledge of what is going on in the world pertaining to cryptocurrency activities.

So like you said, i can say i joined the forum with just few or no knowledge about cryptocurrency but right now despite the fact that I am still learning, i can confidently say that I am improving concerning cryptocurrency. In the forum, you have access to different kinds of people with their ideas on various things including cryptocurrency. With this kind of relationship and also the kind of conversation you have in the forum can make you to acquire knowledge that you can not acquire even in the classroom.

Everyone may have come here through the help of many people to come to our bitcoin forum, I also came to this forum through a friend of mine. I don't know how anyone is connected and working in this forum but after a lot of patience and waiting I learned to work properly here. The day I joined this forum I was very excited but I didn't understand how to post in different sections and only did bounty work in the beginning. After working on Bounty and gaining experience from there I gradually started posting in the various important sections of this forum. Then I found our Bengali local board where I started posting in my own mind language i.e. my mother tongue. That's when my foray into bitcoin forums proper began.

Originally I was more interested in learning about Bitcoin which remains an interest to this day. I am still trying to get to know the various topics related to Bitcoin well and maybe in the future I will be able to master them even make myself a proper investor.
