First of all, its really up to you because its your money and it all depends on how you assess the situation. But if your asking our opinion, I think its better to hold your crypto as of the moment. You've already loss a lot for sure and it will only increase your loses if you sell now in this kind of market. Its like you have nothing to lose anymore and everything to gain.

If you want to sell your cryptocurrencies, you have to find another asset which will save your loss, that asset which will give you 10x profit because I think that you bought crypto in late 2017, so you are loosing about 90% right?

I probably keep holding my crypto, since i buy in high price, because I have no choose, if i sell that i'll loses my money and if i holding that for a long term, who knows, Yeah as we hoping the crypto price will recover
