You have to hold your coins in right time and you have to sell your coins in right time or you can buy some btc and come to crypto again in 5 years. If you dont want to do something like that you shouldnt sell your tokens immediately or you shouldnt hold your coins for 5 years. You have to do some good movements in right time. For example now i believe buying these cheap coins and holding is the biggest opportunity in that market.

What you practice depends on what you hold. Eg: if i have a good altcoin but undervalued to - 100 or more, I rather accumulate more and hold. Then I wait for its moon turn because every good coin always have its moment (especially new altcoins).
But if i have btc or eth, I simply convert to USDT especially now that more dump is expected
If you have you holding in coins or tokens, simple convert them to USDT, but note you must stay alert to monitor the movement of market, so as to convert back or even buy such coin back when the values deeps more.

In this situation i don't understand who can say sell altcoins.This time just hold and buy potential altcoins.I think this type of situation one kind of opportunity.Now you can buy lot of token in very cheap price.But when market will turn your life can change that altcoins.
