Now market is in a unstable condition, the better and good to do now is HOLD our coins, and wait for the time of bull run, the rise of cryptocurrency, but sometimes it depends on what you have, if it has good potential in the future.
What you should do now is sell the coins that you have, because selling them will certainly be a loss, if the time has come you can sell your coins when prices have risen and the market has risen again, be patient to wait for this

It will be better idea to hold your holdings at this time when the market is in depression with all coins dipping significantly in prices. As it is almost sure that the market will recover again given the trend of the market in the past. Prices falling and going up are part of the crypto given its volatility. So no need to worry causing panic-sell off.

Wait until the bearmarket is finished and put your full effort now to make a big change and to have so much coin holding as the bull market is paving its way up to the top again. Be patient because we should learn from the previous market and its cycle.
It is up to you whether you want to hold or sell. But I think it is wise idea to hold at this point of time when the market is severely in pain with all coins declining dramatically in prices. Nothing will go to waste if you hold for a bit longer as the market will not reduce to zero. Cryptocurrency will stay here with us forever. It is only a matter of time when the market goes up or down.
I don't see any reason for invest into altcoins ...

Holding coin is good especially if thus coin is promising, it may take a while for its market value to increase and it's worth-it to wait, selling your coin it will depends on you because as I said that not all coin are good for holding you may decide it by your self and to select if which coin is good for holding and selling.

for now there must be many people who are disappointed because of the current crypto situation and suggest selling it so that we don't lose all of our money, but if I personally would advise you to hold the coins you have, because I'm sure every time you make an investment there will definitely be an increase and a decrease in prices, therefore in 2017 was the highest increase for cryptocurrency and now is the time for the cryptocurrency price to fall, but of course in the following year the cryptocurrency price will increase again.

I believe holding is a good decision, for now. Crypto market can pump anytime. A few days ago Bitcoin showed a good pump, now it showing decline! And, anytime The crypto market will be higher than now! So, If you have been holding since these months then continue until the beginning of 2019, I hope something good is waiting for the holders.
