Perhaps a new anti-trend will emerge.

Online casinos with increased anonymity and privacy will be created.  There are a large number of players who fundamentally do not want to go through KYC.  Such players may give up gambling altogether, unless new online casinos with increased anonymity and privacy emerge.

Some players like openness and transparency.  Other people value anonymity and privacy.

It is possible that new online casinos with increased privacy will be created based on the Monero and Tari networks.
I think that as bitcoin becomes more and more popular and it can be used to buy all kind of products and services then the more we will be able to regain our privacy, after all most casinos have to accept KYC policies because they have to eventually to convert their coins to fiat in order to pay for the costs of running a casino, but we will get to the point they will not need to convert their money at all and their dependence on fiat will end, which will allow them to avoid fiat completely, enhancing the privacy of their clients as they will not need to enforce KYC for every single thing as we see some casinos doing today.

Currently, the global financial system is in the process of transformation.

Traditional fiat money is depreciating.  World inflation is very high.  The US dollar is losing its status as the main world reserve currency.

There is an active process of creating central bank digital currencies (CBDC).  Large IT companies are also actively creating their own funds.

What currency will online casinos use in the future (bitcoin, CBDC, stablecoins or fiat money)?

I don't have a definitive answer to this question.

even if many fiat currencies end up hyperinflated some countries will probably create a new currency or push their CBDCs, I think we'll have casinos with both as it is today, CBDCs or fiat-based currencies and crypto including stablecoins

do you think there's still space for more players to come to this industry and compete?
seems like a hard industry to enter and with high barrier to entry at this point.
What players? the one that is planning to create a gambling site? there is still a space here and it will not be occupied easily. The competition for gambling sites has grown a lot but its still possible for a new site to get players because the players can jump from one gambling site to another and there's always new gamblers that will enter so they wouldn't care at all if they will play on a more older gambling site or to a new one.

yes, was talking about new competitors here.

Gamblers regardless of being new or old in the industry will always have different perspectives when it comes to anonymity and we can't blame their preferences and personal reasons. However, the emergence of crypto gambling will surely continue and develop in time and we must expect that new coins and even games will exist to make things more exciting, especially for new players.

It is somehow expected that there would be few more changes in the online casinos in the few years to come as cryptocurrencies are continuously growing over the years and new trends will rose up too, casino's will be forced to keep up with the time and trends to keep their business alive and keep those people coming.

Yes, digital currencies have a huge advantage over traditional assets.

The Russian government has accumulated huge stocks of gold bullion.  However, due to sanctions and border closures, all these assets are almost impossible to sell.  You can’t take a truckload of gold bars to the border with China to exchange them for xiaomi smartphones....

It is even more difficult to replenish a deposit with gold bars in an online casino.

Bank accounts can be easily blocked.  With regard to them, it is easy to introduce various restrictions on the use of funds.

Cryptocurrency is devoid of many of the disadvantages of traditional financial assets.
easy to come by and easy to hide, cryptocurrencies assets prove to be for transactions, transfers and hoarding even P2P transactions are more convenient, the flow of funds can be free from taxes and even control from any party that is disturbing. fiat is still popular even though it only passes in 1 country or several offline exchanges in other countries that are in the office, you give a good analogy between goods, services, fiat and assets in cryptocurrencies I hope that with this there will be no funds flowing for any movement, dispute or action that is outside the individual. for daily needs transactions in any country and for personal interests I think I support that because I hope cryptocurrencies can be wise in managing them, especially influencers and any media, personal branding for the needs of the community

Yes and I believe with that also mate that the global finance system is now in the process of transformation from traditional gold and fiat currency now were in digital world, and digital currencies are now in golden era. I don't know if it is right to say right now but let's think about it, in the current war situation between Ukraine and Russia we have heard a lot of news that people from the two countries are accessing a digital currency, buying cryptos because they know that crypto especially bitcoin is very good choice to divert their finances.

Campaign Management?"Hhampuz" is the Man

This is very interesting, I start from the thought of the business model that is almost everything that moves in the world, when a casino of the level of stale.com looks for the best sponsors it is because it wants to be known worldwide, for example with Watford, in the Premier League, every time a player scores a goal, the first thing you see when they celebrate is "Stake.com" and that is seen by everyone worldwide, also the other thing that can be highlighted is that if you hire people like Adesanya and Drake it's because they represent and have a following, why not take advantage of that? of the Marketing that is invested that is paid only when so many people enter the casino, this will always be as they say: win-win.

Advertising is very important to any business. By bringing influencers to the site, the fans will follow and it's good for the business.

It's good to see that crypto gambling sites are doing their best to attract more gamblers. A good option if they choose not to go to the offshore

casinos and just wanted to play and enjoy in the comfort of their house. Not just a fiat based online casinos, but crypto gambling sites are also

rising and gaining gambler's interest.

One of the big moves we see right now is more and more celebraties to work together with casinos and promote them. This trend will likely grow more and more thus year. For me it's a good way for advertising in today's time. ...

That is absolutely true, the new media - which is no longer that new anyway - offers a chance to use influencers of all spheres to promote the gaming and use their clout to provide some reputational coverage to the sites. Beyond that, I wonder if the industry could also use the capability of internet to actually offer the chance to gamer of having some interaction with the influencers and gain more acceptance with it.

That's interesting, if gamer will be allowed to interact with influencers, especially those well-known names.

The chance to bring more people to the sites is very possible, as we know that some if not all gamer are also a fan of known personalities
giving them a chance to talk or to have some time with their favorite star will bring them to keep coming back.

Not sure, but that's a good way to give gamer / participant assurance that influencers are really playing and using the site/platform.

Without a doubt we are in a transitional phase and as such it is difficult to know what it may happen, still I believe that even if bitcoin never becomes the main currency used around the world in order to transact with each other, bitcoin is going to be a major player and that will be great for us, not only because of the profits we can get but also because it will allow us to get levels of freedom that have been impossible to reach due to the control that governments have when it comes to their fiat currencies.

No way man. The online casinos have only grown because people are restricted to go outside but as soon as the things go back to normal, the demand for online gambling site will also got lower because many gamblers will go back playing on the real life casinos. Face to face experience are more enjoyable though, that's why. Online gambling is the same as crypto, they are just an alternative. They won't take over the traditional ones.

Therefore, gambling sites that want to hire celebrities as ambassadors must choose celebrities who can introduce their products to the public. In addition, the casino also needs to look for celebrities who come from countries that allow gambling to avoid problems that could occur in the future.

As long as the celebrity is aware of the product he is trying to promote, the casino can benefit and benefit as more and more gamblers from different countries may be curious about their platform. It is something that casinos need to be concerned about because that celebrity has a lot of loyal fans following that celebrity.
It's really possible this becomes the next hype for crypto casinos, lead by Stake, to introduce more and more celebrities to their marketing programs, because it gives crypto casinos a lot of extra advertisement through the gossip portals which reverberate the news. Famous and popular promoters attract famous and popular news sites to publish the news, containing the name of the gambling platform and many other details.

it means that by hiring a popular promoter, casinos aren't advertising their brand only through this person, but they also receive more advertisement and views through some of the most reputable and highly accessed sites in the world. It's a win win situation for casinos.

I think that there's still space but it's going to be a difficult time to compete if they're just new. It all depends on how they're going to market their new casino upon entry.
I guess they have to spend a lot in marketing to let the people know that there's a brand new player in the industry. It's not just about marketing and stuff, there's more to it.
But if there's really a serious competitor that wants to get in, they'll for sure going to get in but knowing if they'll click to the community, I have no idea.

yes, it's impressive how good marketing is key in almost all business regardless of their area.

30 years ago people weren't ordering food online or gambling online. All they were doing was chatting with people and sending emails, Now you do everything online: date, gamble, get food, play games, have video conferences with people, watch streams and movies, work. This is winning because people are lazy and prefer to gamble in their underwear eating pizza than ding it in a crowded casino. Also, covid doesn't make physical casinos more popular.

That totally makes sense and I do agree with you on that! Covid is the biggest factor why these physical casinos were getting out of hype and I could see that someday like in these coming few decades that they will slowly go extinct or else we will see just a small version of casinos we have now because the place would be to big just to cater few people visiting them in daily basis.

the reason why some casinos are implementing the kyc requirement is owed to the fact that they need to adhere within their gambling license regulations. but if it will be according to their desire, i believe some of them will not be strict about it because they can attract more players if they are not so strict about kyc. but we can see that some of these licensed casinos are only strict when you exceed their limits in terms of deposits or withdrawals. so if you are a high roller, expect to undergo kyc verification.

Traditional casinos will never go away even though technological developments (metaverse, vr/ar and free internet) will emerge in the future gambling

you must realize that not everyone feels at home, many also like to interact with other people for real and that can only be obtained if playing in traditional casinos
