Ethereum prices also follow the market cycle. even now prices are declining. as well as bitcoin. now in my opinion it really makes a lot of people surprised by the declining ethereum price
There is no way to deny Ethereum is losing its value gradually but I think Ethereum still have enough potential to rise back so don't worry keep investing in it and keep patience. Ethereum still 3rd rank in the position according to coinmarketcap very soon will go back its previous 2nd position.

This fud affects more panic sellers those weak investors who didn't do their homework before investing are being affected of those negative news about cryptos, they really dumping coins without analysing and reviewing factors that affects the movement, if you are aiming for long term goals aside from bitcoin, Etherium is also one of those many potentially coins that will bounce high after this crisis better to learn more deeper then assess it by yourself.
No other altcoins seem now more promising. I believe ethereum has the ideal price for investment. Ethereum has no way to be a dead currency, so even the bitcoin will not die. I believe it deserves the investment in ethereum, but do not invest the amount allocated to the crypto market in one currency. Choose more coins that you consider potentially and invest in some of them. This reduces certain risks.
Etherium is coin with huge potential for growth, though it was heavily affected by bear market the current price is a fair level for one to start buying though there is no sign of a bull appearing sooner. So it is better to buy gradually as the bottom appears to be around $50

Actually ethereum is very promising. Fluctuations are very reasonable, the ethreum has gone up in large numbers and of course it will definitely go down in large numbers too. No need to worry better to buy more and hold it. Moreover, many coins also decrease so you don't need to worry. And you don't need to look at other competitors.

I agree, people really don't understand what Ethereum do, it is far from just a cryptocurrency. And there are so many projects built on top of it, if any of those do well which i'm sure they will, than Ether price is sure to rise.

I suggest to buy more under the prospect of growth, but wait until it stop on keep falling, because if you buy now then it still continuing to fall, you only lose your money and cannot get your assets back fast. And took for the another altcoin that same to your coins choice (altcoins competitors) for more better result. Split your investment to gain good profits.

if you are reading some big news about the cryptocurrency you are going to buy ethereum now, as in now even the price is at $90. Just months ago Vitalik Buterin creator of ethereum announce the upgraded ang version 2.0 of the ethereum and will bring such a perfect scale on its blockchain making faster transactions in a matter of second, efficiency on the users and complex movement on the market which i think will be the next hype on 2019 aside from bitcoin. I think that in the case of new growth, ethereum can regain some of its popularity if its price increases well. Another option is the rejection of ethereum and the transition of the ICOs to another more stable coin.
Personally, I think that the price of Ethereum will rise when the entire market recovers, and this coin will be in demand among all investors.
There are many out there that could compete ETH and way faster and even less expensive like tron, bnb or dash but let's also look at perspective that eth has been around for quite a while now and still manage to maintain being in the top 10 crypto's. it's still a viable asset for me especially when their going to improve its features better. Well, you should read the fundementals to decide better and to have better understanding to it.

Ethereum is still in an unstable condition because this year has a tremendous decrease in crypto. Also, I don't think it happened in ethereum. All altcoins also experience the same thing. So for everything maybe we have to wait for all altcoins including ethereum to increase.
