When I have a bad mood I just go to the gym and listing to the music just focusing on that things.

I usually keep quite.. whatever you say when you are in a bad mood, you will regret later on. Just chill for a day, next day everything will be alright

If I have a bad mood, then I meet with my friends to remember funny stories, drink some alcohol and have fun. They always help me to cheer up when I need it.
when I'm not feeling well, I try to listen to music, because the fact that music can make us relax, or also eating chocolate can make you feel better, that's the fact.
i had to watch cartoon in the tv and listening music and dancing and playing with my dog......

when i'm in bad mood i'm doing cleaning my room, watching t.v., eating, hearing music and also sleeping to remove my bad trip and become calm.
if i'm in a bad mood i will just go to my room to be alone and keep on crying until i'll be okay or go somewhere away from the person who makes me feel bad.
When I'm in a bad mood I don't talk to the people who's around me because I think I might going to shout at them or not giving them some attention. And also If I'm in a bad mood I just want to be alone.
Well, Im gonna sleep all day and mostly I've listening music in my phone, And no one tries to talk to me hahaha
when I get bored I often watch porn videos while falling asleep
