Superstars always color matches and help their team win games in times of difficult games. And when they leave there is always something to miss about them, the fan love, fans switching clubs, and most important the team losing top notch performance. Recently, Marquinhos made a statement that he misses the days of Mbappe in PSG. He's sure that their draw wouldn't have happened in the watch of a no "9" like him. Also PSG fans would feel the absence of Messi and Neymar's brilliant skills. On the other hand, Manchester United also should be missing those moments of CR7.

What is no longer there in your club after a certain key player was transferred?
Well, presence. It can be lacking especially if the team itself start going on a losing spree after the transfer, kind of like losing their core. You lose an experienced player, the mentality of having a reliable player you're used to playing with, and stuff like that. It's what every player experiences at least one imo, but nothing that can't be surpassed. It all pretty much depends on how much the team works on the change as well as the management of the team itself.

Personally I feel disappointed when a transfer happens, but well I'm quick to move on. Give me a couple of days and I'd start roasting the new player instead of being depressed over a transfer lol.

Team will highly be impacted with it. The presence of a superstar means a lot in a club/team in every aspect and kind of the game.

Now as a bettor youll definitely have some doubt now if your favorite team loss a key person, though they can still do it but at the back of your head surely there is a big tendency or doubt. Should I or not due to a superstar absence.

it's called an AURA! every great player makes a legacy to which they sail through, in their long/shirt career in a particular club. I don't have a club per se, but I have a clear understanding what it means to lose the keyman in the team...

meanwhile, it's not even about the fact that these players imparted the club and left gloriously, it's about how well they're able to maintain the same frequency, so as to be treated for who they are and not an alternative of what's available....
What do we have today? Mbappe being dragged as one of the worst signings to Madrid.... But, this is just the beginning and if mbappe doesn't make quick decisions on time, he'll be sitting his ass on the bench just like everyone else. The pressure is already too much on him and, in a bid to impress the team, he's fumbling the more!

Obviously in fan perspective, it would feel odd and almost empty especially if that key player helped in achieving a lot of the club’s achievements through out the years. Most especially if that player is your favorite one as well. But people move on and contracts are dealt with. Time will pass and there is nothing we can do about it.

Sometimes the team misses their footing when a key player leaves but sometimes a new generation of talent comes in to the team and the team doesn’t miss too much on performance.

I like the fact that when one best player leaves the team, there surely would be another best player to suit in that position the person left and it's very sure to miss the superstar in every good teams, considering the fact that they have contributed immensely in taking their team to every level they have come they ought to be celebrated and missed but if you ask me I'll say it's a great thing but the fact that I enjoyed such best player play in my favourite team that's what I'll miss so bad.

What is no longer there in your club after a certain key player was transferred?
When I read this topic title the first scenario that came to mind I'm Mbappe and Benzema and CR7 all this are top players that their departure from their club's cost alot of set back and space that no replacement can be made for a long time, so for sure when a big player leave a team, the reversed effect is so negatively felt and for a long time, and that is why some time, clubs do everything possible to keep they old time and experienced player's because if you lose them to other club's, it then means that you lost your investment and another team will be enjoying the fruit of your labor.

If the player have already spent more than two seasons, that is approximately around tow to three year in the club and haven't won football awards which helps exposed them and they fames, it becomes necessary to retain and cherish such a player, because having them in your team is a big added advantage and a motivation should be place before them some that other club's will not temp them which not many can walk away from, let say in the areas of player's payment and treatment when they sustain injuries.

PSG fans booed both Messi and Neymar in their final days at the club so I do not think they are missed much by the Parisians, both players will be missed more in Barcelona than PSG.

Homegrown players who played for a long time at one club are the ones missed more than superstars. This is why Juventus will miss Pirlo more than Ronaldo.

I think this can be shifted more to discuss it's effect on betting. That is, do gamblers bet more on a team after their super start player has left? Do odds increase or decrease..for example since Osimhen, a super Star left Napoli, have more players stop betting on them to win? Does anyone agree with me.

If he is not only the key player but also the team's franchise player, a lot of things will be missed by the fans and the management; the plays will never be the same, and there will be no go to guy when there is a clutch time.
The team and the management will have to make a big adjustment.
A franchise player is when the plays rotate on that franchise player, which is why the management will always try to retain their franchise player, and if they are going to trade him, it should be on a player that will equal his caliber.
And there is a possibility that some of the fans will follow the player because the team was built around him, and their loyalty is on the franchise player.

Obviously as a fan of the club it will be sad to see a star player leave the club... a star player will have a big influence on the team and therefore will be missed.

The star player will obviously be the target of many other clubs so it is certain that he will accept the offer if the salary he receives is large and as much as he wants.

The memorable player is missed
CR7 left Real Madrid.

A true fan of a football club will always stick to it, not minding whichever superstar player that comes or leave the club during a transfer season to another, just as in the case of Messi, Cristiana Ronaldo and mbappe. But however, it's true that superstar football players always have great influence into the phycology of a football match, of which when such individual leaves a club for another. Of which most times his absence is most and most especially when his replacement is not competent enough to deliver an excellent game play just as the previous while he was still in the club. Hence, football players will always come and go.

Moreover, the influence of Cristiano Ronaldo in Manchester United during the six seasons he played can never be overemphasize, because ever since he left in 2009, Manchester United have won the Premier League title consistently, unlike how they won in 2007, 2008 and 2009, including his first Ballon d'Or in 2008. Cristiano Ronaldo was really an asset to Manchester United back in those days.

Mojo.

Superstars have that, the others don't. They can create miracles unlike the other peasants. In a way superstar players resemble prophets. They ain't turn water into wine but they can score an impossible goal at the last minute of the game.

See what Ibrahimovic did during his glory days. That dude had mojo like nobody else. Ronaldinho too. What a crazy basturd he was.

Without super duper players, football is a boring game. Crazy players like Ibra make it interesting for everybody.

It is certain that losing key players from any team will make a difference and will affect the overall efficiency of the team, especially if the shortage is not compensated by players of the same level of efficiency. However, it must be taken into consideration that there are no permanent key players for any team because players change their contracts constantly and move between clubs in search of more opportunities and to accumulate the experience that qualifies them to be the stars of the game. This means that you must always accept the idea that your favorite team does not always have favorite players, and that is why people usually do not change their favorite teams if they lose distinguished players.

It's always important to note that teams can adapt and rebuild after losing a star player.  Developing young talent, making strategic trades, and finding new leaders can help maintain competitiveness and success.

I do not have a club and I will not be a fan of any club.

After C. Ronaldo left Real Madrid, Real Madrid still won Champions League. Also Real Madrid won La Liga.

PSG is still the first in Lique one. It has the same point with Monaco but it is leading with goals. I think PSG will still later win Lique 1 this season.

If a good player leave a club, the performance can drop but later the club may pick back but not all the time.
