I think you just have only two options and that is either to withdraw your funds while it’s still early and while you haven’t lost much of your money, and the next option is to keep calm and have patience till the storm is over. If you ask me, I will prefer to hold it and have patience till it goes up again, cause that’s always the best thing to do. Trading is a very difficult thing to do, because you must have the guts to jump into the unknown and take the risk and have the patience to and to be able to work and keep calm under all the situation no matter how good or how bad they are, and if you don't have none if those and you are scared from a little loss than making the wrong decision will rewin your whole investment, if you made a decision you have to stick with it all the way.

Maintaining your composure is the best thing you can do in crisis. You cannot think clearly when you’re at the stage of panic. Market vulnerability is inevitable in trading so you need to accept that fact. You need also to prepare yourself for the worst case scenario.

Before at first on deciding to engage yourself at crypto,you should really be already readying up yourself on such stress and struggle because it would really be there and you would definitely experience it with this very volatile market which you would really have the time on facing up crisis time when you do see a market decline.Getting out would stress you out,one false move then its a loss.Rather than on panicking better to calm down and just hold and if you cant think off some back up plans then it would be much better.
The best option is to just close your phone, go out for a short trip and come back after a few days. Looking at the screen again and again gives a lot of anxiety and it should be avoided at all costs. Nothing is more important than health
