First of i stay calm and try my best to lessen my emotions because it may make you do trades that you mentally know will not benefit you and you will loose.
Crisis Time The best way we maintain a profit is to hold on to your patience. So hold the altcoin to the end. As you see today altcoin prices rise again.
in a falling market situation I can not do too much and just be patient and try to calm down and believe that the market situation will recover. at least do some research to be able to know the latest information about the market.
I do not dare to trade when the crisis hit the crypto, I can only wait until the price really goes down and buys as much as possible when it then holds it until the market starts to improve

Even in the crisis, You should not get panic and sell your all tokens. The best suggestion when the market gets down is to hold the coins. Understand the Market, and decide whether to dump the coins and Hold the coins. If you know in and out of the coin you are holding currently and their road map has the future, it is suggested to HODL them instead of selling.

when I suffered a lot of losses when trading losses then I do only to recover lost assets by short-term trading and very quickly utilize the market movement. or you can also find capital again by working in the real world so it will give you money and can for trading capital again.

Just hold. That is the principle, you do not need to panic because the market will recover by itself.And what we should do is buy it again on the bottom if we have additional capital.
And if the market is very stable then you need to breathe fresh air, take a few moments.

I know the feeling when it comes to that mate. I remember that time when the so-called “The Great Bitcoin Crash” happened from mid-January up to early April, where I cannot focus so much on my work. I always keep on thinking about the huge losses that I have in my portfolio, and I know that this is a true test of being “matured” in terms of crisis. I never thought of the dip as an opportunity to buy, which I ended up getting demotivated. But now I do, because experience has taught me a lot. I would embrace the dip and the “mooning” of Bitcoin and other altcoins. It is what the game of cryptocurrency trading and holding is all about.

This is sensitive because first money management have many aspects and it affects our ego feeling which is the most use in trading. Its emotional handling so it is the first that should be controlled if you have it you can go woth money so it will be easy for you in your mind to set up adjustments how would you separate and spend the money you have. 
My subjective opinion. We wait this two months concerning what will happen and hoping on a growth, it begins to grow, sometimes need to wait.
The crisis is over or at least things are not like when bitcoin was lingering around 5k dollars and the rest of the digital market was severely bleeding. It has recovered a lot already and crypto experts are expecting all the coins to keep on going forward until the month of July. In even numbered quarters, these coins do not like to keep everyone odd do these make some progress and even the odds. 
Nothing better than holding at that time. Crisis time is the worst time to trade if you don't have enough knowledge and experience in trading but with other professional traders, it's the best time for them to collect good coin with lower price than usual. I'm also holding all my crypto and wait until the end of this year when the whole market painted in green and everycoin also rise to new ATH price.
I think it is not good to trade when the market is too low because in this situation there is a huge risk of losing a big money that has a potential to grow in value enormously in time. Hence, in times of crises, the best move is still to HODL! HODLING does not require so much because you will only let your money grow without having to do any positive act, just that you should know that it does not automatically translate to earnings mainly because it will take time before you get back your investments. In HODLING, time is of the essence. If you are willing to gamble, give it a time.
During crisis time the best strategy is to hold with patience and forget,Try to avoid check coins again and again just take time and wait for the best moment.If you can afford buy more coin because market already down and sell when market go up to recover the losses.
A very good tactic in such case is just waiting and watching the situation.
Make a plan and stick to it. If you have no plan of course you are going to make bad decisions and feel anxious. But if you have a game plan you can execute it flawlessly.
