it seems that I will still utilize the price difference to be able to earn very much profit from very thin movements and when you have a very large trading capital it is certain it will become very easy to earn profits.
If you know the market is having a problem the best thing to do is to focus on the things you really want to happen. People need to be a goal oriented in order for them to be successful in life. Having a bad day does not mean you could have a bad life and in terms of trading and investment having a crisis in the market does not mean the end of our investment or trading for me it could be either an opportunity for us or even a starting point on dealing with new investment or for us to keep on holding.
I think so its very important to control your emotions during the crisis time. You should have faith that this phase is temporary and it will be over soon. Though it may last for some months but if your coin has true potential it will recover definitely. At the same time I know that even after knowing all of this, it is difficult to control yourself. So the best is to hold on to yor investments and stop checking the prices again and again.

If you have bought into a decent project with active development just stop looking at the price for a few months. Most traders are idiots and panic sell at low prices while whales and smart traders accumulate cheap alts at the bottom. A loss is only temporary until you have made the trade.

In crisis time it should to close all opened positions, turn off PC and go somewhere where you feel good because it needs some time to get quiet and figure out a situation. Alcohol, girls, sea are what you need and of course to forget about finances for some time.

The most important thing to remember while trading is to keep emotions out of your decisions. This rule especially applies to these crisis times where things do not go as planned and you begin to lose money. If you want to minimize losses you must learn to either hold and try to trade the swings but never panic sell because prices will recover.

Time of crisis is the most severe time to trade if you do not have enough knowledge and experience in trading using some other professional traders, this is actually the best time for them to gather good coins at a lower price than typical. Attempt to stay focused on what you prefer the the majority of, read and keep track of the news for possible explanations why the market is straight down and I'm certain you will be fine.
I'll be quiet and choose to take a short break in trading while waiting for things to improve. It would be better if I hunt bounty, at least I will try to cover up losses in trading with bounty hunting.
Personally for me, I think the most important thing to do is to control my nerves, then try to do a full research of the market and altcoins
