I think that live support is less important than GOOD support.
Well in some sense they are something different but the totality it’s the support still that we’re talking here
Here's what I mean.. If you hire a live support rep to be on 24/7 the quality might be low because that person doesn't know everything about the site because he/she is not a developer.
Of course you will hire someone that knows more than anything about the issues that might be encountered by bettors ,how come that he will be a support if he does not know every concerns?
But if you have someone doing email support (an owner of the site or dev etc..) who just answers things every 6 hours or so, the quality will be richer everytime.
Nope answering every 6hts?so what’s the difference between all the sites now?yeah you can answer with full quality but the thing is,the player needs to wait that long when every gambler specially those regular or VIP’s don’t have that waiting attitude because they think that being more important than the site,because also there are so many sites to choose from but the site won’t have that regular players if they fail them in any issues
