Reputation but since you are just setting up one we will have to wait for more time to verify if the site is reputable, server is a big issue, you should get a dedicated server that will not lag, even if there are thousands of players playing in the game, and of course more games is more fun, we'd like to see another Onehash with many games on it sure to attract more bettors.

The most important of course is your security on the gambling site and how reputable they are, without any serious complaint against them.
You should always consider that you are far away from any scam sentiments that make your all fund lose. And the second one is about deposit and withdrawal, it should not take a longer time to process any transactions whether in or out of the gambling site transactions.

I have once heard a terrible scam experience and the mistake I made then was not to have gone through review before playing on the site, it was as the time I already got duped I knew it already had a bad name even before I played on the site.

many important points that must be considered before building a gambling site platform that you will create. the low transaction costs when making a withdrawal may be the main thing to consider, besides that many people like gambling sites that are easily accessed without having to always use a computer. and gambling sites that are proven fair, of course, the most sought after by online gambling fans because of course they are more looking for gambling sites that already have a good reputation and can provide comfort for those who play in it.

Beside the provably fair system, UI is most important to me. Because a site with millions of players but a shitty UI wouldn't appeal to me as it will feel like a program and nothing else. A good UI and marketing helps to make a customer a permanent customer in that site. A good support system is also necessary.

If you have betting platform you must have admin in support 24 hours daily so that we can get an answer if we had a question or a problem. And have some free satoshi also to a new comers so they will experience if the betting platform is okay or not sir.

It is really to imagine and how to think that every betting platform works perfectly and in time withdrawal. This what we want but can't take some instances that a lot of factors could affect the whole process and we are still depending on the blockchain processing period.
Cause as I've observed, no betting platforms could run such thing but all had to suffer problems/ difficulties which I couldn't think it is an escapable thing.

You have actually summarized everything all and I think these 5 key points should be the major focus of any developer that intends having a betting site. I also would never want to associate with any site that is requiring KYC because crypto space is becoming something n else now that we have to be very careful as to site that we deal with and the best place any scammer can easily scam and also get people’s detail for any illegal means is in the gambling industry because of the number of gamblers that we have.

I think the reason why some websites have a poor customer support is they can't find easily someone to do that job and I think the pay is not that much. Let's say they can hire 3 persons for that role, each has 8 hours of work daily. Those people will get tired of their job after some time. They'll be just answering queries from users repeatedly without having a social life.

Best thing to do imo is to only play on trusted websites so when you encounter a problem you won't have to worry if they will solve your problem.

The server is very important server should be dedicated so bettors will not be experienced be lagging while betting, another thing is the security of the site, the protocol should be secured so we can play at ease without the fear of attack on the network and of course to gain trust from visitors and bettors.

I love the fact that you mentioned that crypto betting sites should not just have any type of support but an attentive one and it made me realise how important this is.
By experience, in few cases, I have repeated my questions and 'already answered questions' or issues severally because the support weren't paying attention.
Truly customer service job is not an easy one but it still considerate to remember immediate details. Some times, I have to give up and seek solutions myself because the customer service was being repetitive.

There are many platforms that are based on decentralized blockchain system and are certified. Instant transaction can also be easily found. As far the customer support quality goes, big platforms provide that too. The most important one is provably fairness and that my friend, is not possible. If casinos and betting platforms will become fair, they hold no chance of earning money or profit in this business. So it is best to stay away from gambling of all sorts.

All of those points are very important but probably the number 4 is the most underrated, many of the scam accusations that you see in the forum against the casinos come from unsatisfied customers complaining how slow it is taking the casinos to solve an issue they had, and this affects their reputation in a negative way even when the issues are resolved favourably for both parties, I know this can cost money but it is important that casinos keep the best customer support they can to avoid situations like that as much as possible.

Well, I'm here in gambling discussion for almost a year and as I noticed to them when I was reading discussion they are always looking on fast and instant withdrawal, provably fair and some of them asking faucet to test their luck. If you are a dev you must know how to lure gamblers by having very attractive gambling site and one of that is the user interface must be friendly to users.
