I think the reason why some websites have a poor customer support is they can't find easily someone to do that job and I think the pay is not that much. Let's say they can hire 3 persons for that role, each has 8 hours of work daily. Those people will get tired of their job after some time. They'll be just answering queries from users repeatedly without having a social life.

Best thing to do imo is to only play on trusted websites so when you encounter a problem you won't have to worry if they will solve your problem.

Definitely more users will come and do the betting in a platform if no KYC to be provided, smooth transactions of deposits and withdrawals. Mostly has been suggested to what users are looking for in an online casino site. Also, good support must be provided to the users because this is important to attract more customer to the site. The least it should be legitimate business for a continuous patronizing by the users.

Well for me, the most important feature to have in casino is simple and fast and works smooth on slow mobile devices, provable fair (the most important), and especially no kyc (putting a kyc is a major red flag in online casino in my own opinion) in that way, there will be no hassle when it comes to playing, and withdrawing the wins on your site i hope that this suggestion will be used to construct your online casino i will definitely want to try out your casino.

what do you mean by 'looking when betting'? because if this is about the gambling sites of course its the site being user friendly.nice graphics and not irritating un the eyes and the most important is the withdrawal because this is what every gamblers looking at and also there are many sites that fails in this so if you are really looking for longer business running then make those mentioned the best that you can be.support must be at least active most of the time

I don't think KYC is the utmost, how would you handle a site that does not require KYC but yet give issues with withdrawal or even ends up scamming its users? If anything should be considered as the most important or considered as priority, I think it should be probably fair and a good customer support system of the site.

I also feel it's very important to have varieties of interesting games on the site. As much as we want to make money from gambling, there is also a place for fun. Having games to play on makes one spend longer time on the site and the image has to be very clear. I think if all this things are in place, gambling on the site would not be a problem if there's a need for KYC.

Most of the Bitcoin-paying campaigns are focused on gambling that is why a lot of bounty hunters in these campaigns are compelled to join gambling discussions without much to contribute, many ended up as mere spammers. I even read a post of a Sr. Member aggressively making an argument but is completely unaware that provably and probably are two different cats. The warning that you mentioned is of little use because any member could spend a month or two spamming in this section and afterwards he's ready to apply and get admitted in one of the gambling campaigns.

I was neither a gambler, but I educated myself on various terms in gambling and even gambled with a very tiny amount to indulge myself in discussions. The majority of the people who are wearing/probably posting only in the gambling section of the forum can be separated by 2 types. One is an absolute shitposter who doesn't even know how the forum works and has reached a Sr-Hero member level before the merit implementation and is significantly wearing a gambling signature and posting shit to earn more btc here. Another is the real gamblers, who are regardless of weather they have a signature or not would be contributing to the Gambling Discussions.

The Gambling Discussion is similar to Altcoin Discussion which is inhabited with spammers and low level shitposters who had never gambled in their life nor do know any of these terms and would be posting here. This is why the newer gambling campaigns provides a warning such that, if the poster has never posted in gambling should never apply for the same. I would quite agree with these terms and they should never be allowed to wear a gambling signature. Posting in gambling sections alone would never be helpful for these companies considering the amount of spam prevailing here.

Reputation is very important to me, they should not have a bad report in the scam section and they should always pay in time, second is the number of games that you can play so I can shift from one game to another, the chat is also counted it gives you a feel on how the players react.

Crypto is good in all this you have mentioned all good qualities of crypto. People likes to gamble with crypto because it is the most fair and satisfactory investment. Crypto has so many good features that we can use to earn double income from it. We should use it so the system will expand and makes profit with fast transacting ability.

To make a withdrawal with a period of several hours for each gambling site is something that does not need to be annoyed. Because I feel, each gambling site has a different time for withdrawal. Usually it will not be long, a matter of hours is not a problem unless it takes several days.

This is one of the reason also when some gamblers has a lot of funds to put on particular bettinf platform. Because they are afraid that their funds will frozen in the gambling platform.

But for sure especially those small-sized gamblers don't mind about their privacy or about the KYC/AML, they should be aware on this, this is not simple thing.

That is crazy. But then you don't have to spend that big in order for you to try gambling, or even enjoy it. You can actually make a 0.05 ETH or 0.001BTC or even lower.

I don't have a problem with forum members wearing signatures of gambling sites who are not gamblers themselves, but it is best if they have at least some experiences with gambling. That would help them participate in discussions and contribute relevant posts every now and then.


If the only thing that interests you with gambling is earning money then you better stay out of it. That is a misplaced interest in gamblers. Gambling cannot be made as a milking cow. It is the other way around.

I believe that for most people who play gambling with cryptocurrency is their high level of privacy of course if a person is able to follow a few simple rules (such as avoiding the reuse of the address, rejection of KYC / AML, etc.) while keeping the level of privacy at a fairly high level. 

I like to see a cross-platform like a mobile application version but with the same special features that playing on the browser. Not all good gambling apps available have good crypto-based payments. Of course, I like to see original games that will make the gambling platform unique because most of the betting sites I see are almost the same in many aspects.

It sounds extremely funny though, there are so many of us that are on this table, wearing gambling campaigns but have either never gambled or just play on free sites before. I might only become a full time gambler when there is an option for free $5000 at first registration and the money can be withdrawn cash, isn’t that crazy lol?.

 I have heard and read stories of how gambling destroys so many individuals and I think it will be safe to say, I really have nothing that interest me in a gambling site that much, maybe because I am doing well, but I have seen so many people doing well and yet still gambling. The only thing that would have interested me so much is the money and unfortunately, it is difficult to get it.
