I would like to see instant withdrawal and deposit feature on any site to choose for betting because when we won rewards then we are much excited to have money on our own,if it take hours to process then this will be the most annoying or frustating moment to me.
Well for me its most important to feel like my money is safe and that someone will respond to me if I have any problems

I think KYC was really a big issue in crypto space, gambling sites that requires KYC will not be able to compete with big sites that allows us to gamble anonymously. For me, I like the crypto gambling sites as I can enjoy my 10 usd even in one day if I will just have to manage my bankroll properly. Also, in fiat sports gambling sites, I know I cannot enjoy gambling that 10 usd and I have to follow the KYC procedure but in crypto sportsbook, it's possible to enjoy and play anonymously. This must be the system in general to be a good gambling site but I want to add more since a lot of betting site right now so if you are planning to create a new one I hope it will be a different betting site. A new way to have fun while betting in different leagues and maybe more bonuses if you keep on betting is a good way to market your service.

Trust: The most important thing is provably fair script. It is foundation of online gambling. You can't trust the house when some trivial coding is involved in gambling. So best way to increase trust is by allowing players to verify each bet.
Reputation: You can't expect people to deposit hundred of dollars on a platform run by some new names. Therefore, to attract deposits, you need to build reputation. Reputation can be gain via different ways one of which is to add some veteran member on forum as Advisor. He/she can try your platform and vouch for you on forum.

In my opinion the user interface is key, I have seen some casinos in which I have no idea where to find what I want and I just leave their website since I am not going to spend any of my time trying to figure out how the casino works when I could be playing already in another casino, another important aspect is that you need to worry about your website being accessible from many devices, that way you will make sure that you do not lose any customers because your website does not display correctly in their devices. So when I go to a betting site I prefer three main things: Trustworthiness, timely and efficient deposits/cashouts, and good support.
Trustworthiness is a major thing for me because I don't want to deposit and have them run off with my money. I would want the platform to receive my money and have it ready for me to play by one or two confirmations(standard protections against double spends which I don't mind), and if there are any problems a good support should be able to help me fix them(or try to fix them) with decently fast response times(or at least a live chat but that isn't really something I worry about too much, long as it doesn't take a week or something to respond or something then I'm fine with a couple hours/a day). I don't really mind KYC but I would prefer to not send it over.

For me it is all about the feel of the platform, how I interact with the shiny spin buttons or the pinkish "Roll" command that will make so much more exciting then a dumb white, simple font roll button. The theme is very important. I like to play mostly on a dark theme, but it is nice to alternate with the light theme from time to time. Provably fair functionality is a must and if you are developing a sportsbook I'd love to see direct betting like Directbet.eu used to offer.
