Price volatility is an major reason for keeping people away from using bitcoin as they have an fear of loosing their money in a long run.
The volatility of the price. If the price is not steady, we will not hold and use bitcoin as we do not know the purchasing power tomorrow.
Yes this might be the reason but i think the main reason is the less knowledge about bitcoins or ecurrencyThe following options are the most common reasons for non tech people to skip Bitcoin.

i think that is not the only reason, the media spreads the information that bitcoins are a bad thing that is used for doing only illegal things and i think that it really keeps people from investingMedia and Governments have played and key role in spreading negative publicity related to bitcoin and people follow both of them and that is the reason they hesitate in investing.
This is what I see too, media only focuses on something if it see's negative event and think that people will take notice due to the impact the event had cause. All this media cares is their scoop and the interest it can gather. I wonder why they don't focus on good stuff Bitcoin is being used, like charity and other good deeds. So this is the reason why people are hesitating, media only covers half truth.
I think even media is scared of Government and that is the reason they are following Governments too as bitcoin will never get support from Government in future too.

You are right! And we all know that people now that is going to heard the word ponzi or scam they are going to doubt immediately and going to avoid anything that is related into it.
And it is really destroying bitcoins image because of those scams.
i guess this is happening because people are taking advantage one of the main feature of bitcoin, which is the anonymity of user that bitcoin provides, I am not saying that they should remove this one because it is really good but it causes problem in terms of scamming.

Well they lose money because of improper decision. This would annoy them using the btc again. Before investing the btc in something, there has to be a study on that. Will the investment on something will bring a good profit or not. Need to consult the experts.

I think there are many reasons but usualy they stop use bitcoin because has gotten scam by cloud mining and they stop use bitcoin then tell to another people about their lost. It make bad about bitcoin and not about cloud mining who has scamed the people.Yeah but its a mistake of people you cannot blame bitcoin for that, people wants to multiply their coins in quick time and they invest their money in those sites without doing any research at initial stage.
Soo people stop using bitcoin because they invest their coins into ponzis? And the fault from those are bitcoin, makes no sense at all, the same way you invest with fiat at some project online you know the odds play always against you. Even at real life you can loose your money when people selling their products. The new bitcoin holders and earners wont stop being at bitcoin community, only if they accumulate a huge loss, even that way they will follow bitcoin.

There should be this thinking that many are doing transactions that is why it takes so long and the ledger is getting bigger.And then it's normal for me if the confirmation will taking a more time.

Many people are skeptic about Bitcoins. They don't know much about it and people are not aware of it's prospects.Most of the people don't want to understand it. They feel that it's too complicated and some don't have faith in it.

About the long time confirmation I dont like users react to this. Is it because they think it will not come? There should be this thinking that many are doing transactions that is why it takes so long and the ledger is getting bigger.
that's a good question, mate on what's stopping people from using bitcoin is they think its hard to get. that usually hard at the first try because you need to start at the faucet then after that taking risk on how to grow it fast then they will try gambling then stock on it end up in losing then starting again that is really annoying. so they'll stop using it or the other reason why they're stop using it because of the anonymous transaction that cant be trace on who send it who received it.
