yeah, i agree with the idea that people dont like to use it because it is possible to lose a lot of bitcoins in just a few days so they are scared of investing to it in my opinion

though they also dont like the fact that it is used for illegal activities really often so they dont want to be involved in any stuff that is connected with it i think, though those are just my ideas

but mate if people have never heard about bitcoin then how can we expect that bitcoin is used for illegal activities, people can make that comment only if they know bitcoin properly.

yeah, i agree with the idea that people dont like to use it because it is possible to lose a lot of bitcoins in just a few days so they are scared of investing to it in my opinion

pure negativity. the media is exactly the same as here. when they here cover bitcoin related news, it's always bad. bitcoin is the currency of the deep web and criminals. bitcoin is being used to finance terrorism. bla bla bla. the last 2 years it's only bad news that they release. the media is trying to brainwash people. other than that i really don't know why they do this.

sorry I thought you were wrong earlier when he often uses bitcoin and he will stop using bitcoin as much work I think he can still use bitcoin or trade bitcoin using mobile phone.

i think if they see that bitcoin is scam maybe they are stopping to use bitcoin as money.. i just also heard it many times for some people here that ponzi schem or investment site is the reason why some people are stopping using it..

First of tell me how many people around you have heard about bitcoin or how many of them know that bitcoin is a currency, I bet no one knows it and that is the reason they are not using it as simple as that.

no. volatility and negative news like the ones you mentioned shouldn't stop ordinary people from using bitcoin. most of the people that doesn't use bitcoin are either reluctant to use something that they don't understand or have no reason to use bitcoin.

True, but we cannot blame them...They are almost right at what they are thinking..The way to earn bitcoin is not easy, you really need to invest to have bigger amount so you could earn..Not to mention the bad publicity that they see and hear sometimes about bitcoin...

Absolutely sure. Anyone can stop using bitcoin because feels that bitcoin not longer worthy. But the price of bitcoin can increase or not depends from the user of bitcoin. We must make many effort together to reach that.

There is nothing 'stopping' people per se but at the end of the day why does the average person want or need to use it currently? It doesn't really benefit them in any way at the moment. It could in the future but not right now. People were also probably wondering the same thing about the internet or mobile phones when they first came out. Why aren't more people using them (at the time)? Because things take time but good ideas get adopted eventually they just take time to catch on with the public.
