For me, my problem was Im not able to get any merits. I wonder on how to get merits. As a newbie my one goal here in btc is to have merits inorder for me to have a bigger steaks in joining bounty campaigns. Do you mean volatility? i dont think being volatile is a huge problem , infact volatility is rather an advantage or a gift for bitcoin because we can use it as tool in order to make the market favor to us. i mean we can buy when the prices are low and we can sell if the value beggins to boom. in my case i think the biggest problem i notice in bitcoin is the adoption or legalization because there are still few countries who cant accept it and they are still doubting or confuse about bitcoin.

It's just that when the market goes into a bearish state prices tend to stay really really low and then people start panic selling which just drives down the prices further.

The biggest problem is that the bitcoins payment are not instant. This makes it impractical for small transactions done in the real world as no one will wait for so long to get the payment confirmed.

My problem is that I can't spend it POS style. I can't walk down to my local coffee shop and spend a few to get a product in return. Right now it's possible through services and such to buy most everything that's on the internet with bitcoin, but real-world transactions are a hurdle I can't cross with those services.

Basically the biggest problem is being a pioneer. When you are a pioneer, you feel a little bit alone sometimes, and misunderstood. But being ahead of the pack was never something easy, so I like to look at the positives and think that what im doing now will be understood long the line. Future kids will ask their parents: didn't you see the necessity of Bitcoin? And I will be one of the few that got it in the early stages.

If bitcoin becomes more popular, its value will be further attenuated by fiat, the government certainly does not want to position their currency under bitcoin, especially USD and many other developed countries. if bitcoin becomes more popular, then we will be a little more difficult to collect bitcoin as it is today. there is one other problem where if bitcoin prices have been above average and even at unreasonable prices, it will be severely curtailed by increasing transaction fees.

It's not so biggest problem it's just a little concern like when Bitcoin decreases it's so slow to rise up the price, so probably we have to wait for a long time to increase the Bitcoin.

Not totally biggest problem, I just only think that when it became stable. So that everybody can used their bitcoins. And paid their bills. Because some people are depending in bitcoin. They depends their income in bitcoin so that we hope that its became stable and the price is getting higher.

For me its the transaction fees. Sometimes the fee is higher than the amount that I'm going to receive that leads to me to become negative in balance

For me, probably the transaction confirmation times. That is one the biggest wow or attractive factors with bitcoin for myself personally. It is getting too long.

It's not totally biggest problem for me. But its when bitcoin having a hard time to earn before you got it. And it doesn't have a consistent value. Also the speed of transaction in bitcoin.

Maybe it is the most important thing, which is the security of bitcoin. I think Bitcoin developers must develop an offline wallet, it is better to use than the online one. More secured and reliable anytime and anywhere.
