For me it's the size of the blockchain. Even with the exponential improvement of storage, computing power, and bandwidth. Something that big simply won't scale and is not sustainable for the 100's of years that is expected of Bitcoin.
That is true as well, how big is the blockchain now? I quit trying to use the bitcoin.org client, It takes too long to download, I heard even in high speed vps it takes about 3 days to download and that is insane.

That is true, but maybe, just maybe, years from now, there would be physical stores that might accept it, specially if someone that profit from bitcoin would start it in the community where they live..
The biggest problem is that you do not know what is going to happen. And that is difficult to expect when you must buy and sell it.
The value now is increasingly slowly and that is good for the most people that had made a investment.

I would have to agree with most people, its the block confirmation times that gets me a little upset.
But the thing with bitcoin that gets me P/O is the requirements of Exchanges that need a million documents for USA members (althought not bitcoin fault, just these crazy laws)
Although the other problem I have is yet again not bitcoin itself, its this forum which is where 99% of bitcoins (new and old) search and trade and this forum is just a cest pool of scams :-( - Honest New people could be tricked and its just horrible.

The biggest problem that I have with bitcoin is the transaction times. Most of the time I have to wait like half an hour for my transaction to go through.
There was one occasion where I had to wait 3 hours. Also a lot of websites require more than 1 confirmation which is soo annoying as it normally takes over 1 hour.
Another thing that also worries me about bitcoin is the security. I've seen some occasions where people's accounts have got hacked and their money stolen. Online wallets are convenient but dangerous for your balance.

Anyway my main concern is the wallet. It's just not logic for common people to send money to 12523523523 or so.
Also the wallets needs some graphical improvements. The current layout is just so outdated.

This is the problem with majority of us as we are not sure when to buy it and when to sell it, but until you are a part of bitcoin, this problem would be definitely follow you.
