I think youre lying, but you could prove it to me by sending me a few btc Wink lol, I have about 5 and thats saving since late late 2012, a poor college student is still a poor college student, wish I could have afforded more, kudos to you all who were able to buy more than that!

Just 5 may make you a wealthy man in a few years.

Unfortunately I have under 1 BTC. There is just no reason why I should have more. In my area there is not one person that accepts BTC.

Are you kidding? This forum is "your area" too and many of us accept Bitcoin...

Exactly why I still have some saved. I still have around 0.6 BTC which I can use to pay for services or digital goods.

Aren't you the guy that everyone claims stole a bunch of Bitcoin from people?

Are you a thief?

Are you still thieving? Is that why you say "...and growing"?

Kinda struggling to get off of my feet with Bitcoin (I don't buy it, I waste hours of my life using Bitvisitor etc.)

A measly 0.00092019 BTC.

Not exactly dangerous to share that kind of balance...

I don't have as many as I would like but I keep adding as much as I possibly can.

Just reached 0.01 BTC recently.. Received my first bitcoin (I mean Satoshi) somewhere in 2012.. Am I consider late or early adopter?

You're late from the people who adopted it before you and you're early from the people who will adopt after you. Smiley

Yeah, i struggled trying to decide on the right ranges. 25% of the votes have been for > than 100. Sounds like you're interested in understanding how that 25% at the high end is broken out?
Sorry yeah, didn't mean to blindly interject my worldview on everyone like that.  I have been around since $60 Bitcoins so the polls I remember seeing had 100+ options highlighted.  I realize a lot of people have fewer than 10 BTC.  But as per those past polls, a lot of people have more than 100 too.

The problem is that you're talking to a demographic that is paranoid about privacy and security.  Despite the anonymity of the poll, I guarantee most of them are afraid to vote honestly because they think maybe theymos will ransack their house (??).  Paranoia is a hallmark of a lot of people here.  So i think you'll get a lot of:

* non-participation
* dishonest participation, and
* understating of balances.  Unfortunately.

Quote
I can do another poll to see how the big owners break out but you gotta help me get the attention of those owners.
I think they're already here.  But there's the final problem:  people with more than 100 are far less likely to vote.  (paranoia)

Oh.  And then there are the 12 year olds here (mentally) with 0.724 BTC who think its funny to click "100+".
