I stick to Bitcoin. It's the most trusted and most reliable cryptocurrency for me, it's accepted everywhere so I don't experiment  I don't like using altcoins and often fees are bigger than for Bitcoin.
Everyone has its own preferences and players often makr decisions based on transactions fees and volatility but I think that Bitcoin is on the top of gambling cryptos.

Maybe I still didn't explored the vast choices of other crypto gambling sites yet since I only played dice in YOLOdice and it happens that bitcoin is the only cryptocurrency that I have used to gamble when I received my weekly payment.

This may be too subjective to discuss if we are going to choose cryptocurrency based on their volatility and transaction fee. But I don't think that choosing which crypto to be used will matter as long as we are making profit along the process.

Hoping that gambling sites will implement lightning network to at least decrease the withdrawal fee in bitcoin.

Depending on how crypto could be independent. Yes,.cryptocurrency may be useful in the future and it has feature also that are aiding a gambler in betting (being anonymous) at the same gambling will also become accessible anytime anywhere (you can bet even in your C.R while pooping). However third party has already watch the cryptocurrency because it began to become popular from its use to the users that are being scam and reported to authority to which cryptocurrency being tag as scam even though it is not. But because of the abuse cryptocurrency was being used as a medium of abuses.

For me if this happening will never change then cryptocurrency will never get the chance to fully utilized its potential use.

If you choose bitcoin as your cryoto to gamble then we have more choice of gambling sites to choose from compared to other coins.I don't think transaction fee is a problem for now because we have very cheap fees and also casino have instant deposit features so choosing bitcoin has no issue with transaction at all anymore.

Many say doge coin is best for gambling sites but for me bitcoin is still enough.

I usually use dogecoin but since I started playing in Roobet, I started going back to using Bitcoin in gambling. Ethereum had some insane fees some times so I tended to avoid using them and since it's a pain to keep switching, I just opted to use Bitcoin. If casinos were to implement a single type off coin for their usage, let's say, A single corp would integrate every gambling company out there, or at least, make them cooperate, that would make things a lot easier and quicker. Its essence is pretty much-integrating everything as a single corp, with each branch being responsible for each country.

you dont need to switch from doge to btc permanently but you can still use your doge outside roobet  . other users have the same problem with you and they are also a player of roobet  . why cant the site add other crypto coins   . eth is also cheaper compare to eth , maybe you experience huge fee by the time eth pump but on normal times btc fee is much higher compare to eth afaik   . its only a hassel if your wallet doesnt support exchanging coins but for me it does while i only need to pay for fees for exchanging   .

I think after the bitcoin dogecoin is most vastly used by the gamblers. There are two reason for this. One is that dogecoin coin is very cheap and secondly there is almost no fee (very minimal)  in transferring dogecoin in/out of casino. The dogecoin are instantly transferred and you do not have to wait for the tx ids to confirm.

I've been in the long run into the world of cryptocurrency and gambling because every time I got my bitcoin and ripple I made gambling because this gives me more fun and relaxation but today because of the pandemic outbreak some of my money cannot convert on the gambling because it is better to have survival money than having gambling but back to the main topic which is the crypto for gambling

I prefer for the bitcoin and the ripple but let's take a look at the bitcoin because it is good to use this because this has a good market price but the main problem is all about the transaction fee due to the halving some of the transaction fees increases and it is almost two (2) dollars when you are trying to send some funds and it is too much as a player want to play gambling. Next is the ripple thanks to the gambling platform such as the stakes because they are supporting the use of the ripple so I can make huge funds to send and does not get all of by the transaction fee.

The casino i use atm (Roobet) takes bitcoin and ethereum, I'd still gamble using bitcoin even if they had other options though, but for other gamblers who prefer altcoins (except eth) their options may be skewed, so imo it's not just about what a gambler prefers to use, the coins the casino of your choice takes is also important in determining what you'd use to gamble eventually.

Still too early. Don't expect for crypto gambling to become famous when crypto itself isn't that much known. Maybe most would argue that they'd have heard and known of Bitcoin, but there's a difference between seeing what it is and looking at its definition and "knowing". Plus, the pandemic has only provided more problems instead of advantages, and even if they did research about Bitcoin because of the lack of stuff to do, they'd still need funds, which is imo, what most are lacking right now.

Whatever altcoin a casino takes is my pick when Bitcoin fees become absurdly high. ETH's fine but trying to get it converted to BTC takes a lot off my winnings through fees.

The fees for Ethereum lately became high because of the scams that rotates with it. The scammers are now using and pointing to Ethereum as their main cryptocurrency for their victims, I'm talking about the Forsage which is recent scam worldwide.
As for my favorite crypto, it doesn't change, it's still bitcoin and no need for reason because you have said it already. For the decentralized casinos, some will prevail but not every project that will go under it will be successful.

I mainly use ETH for gambling purposes as it is easy to transfer back and forth. Also, a lot of casinos are accepting ETH these days as it is one of the most widely-used cryptocurrency today. Next is XRP due to the same reasons. I mainly play on dice sites and crypto casinos so I mostly ignore the Dapps that these crypto bring to the table. I mostly play on my break time or during weekend so the need to be swift on transferring funds is a must, hence the ETH and XRP option. If there is a good promotion for BTC then I would use it, though for the most part I'll stick with my first two options instead.

Less is more
I think it's Bitcoin at this moment because its price has grown so big that the minimum wager I need to make is somewhat small enough. Having a small minimum wager is important to me because I don't like the risk, I usually think of strategies and those strategies would require a lot of money just to touch the "safe" streaks. Maybe Etherum is my next favourite currency, its price is high enough to have a "reasonable" mini wager but it's low enough for me to buy a large amount of it.

What's your favorite crypto for gambling? Why did you choose it?
My favourite crypto for Gambling would be Bitcoin and the next would be Ethereum because I don't hold any other crypto apart from those two. Although I have traded and still trade other altcoins, I haven't really used them to gamble just because they are lesser transaction fees. I am the type of guy who does less than 1 transaction per month between my wallet and a gambling site so I really don't care about lesser transaction fees or how fast the transaction takes place.

Do you think the decentralized gambling industry will grow now that crypto is becoming more popular due to COVID-19? Or is it still too early to tell? Huh
I haven't really tried gambling dapps as of now and I clearly don't know if they'll be as fast and fun as the centralised gambling sites. But in general, this pandemic has let the online gambling industry grow and I believe that there is not much exposure to gambling dapps so I think its too early to say.

It's bitcoin mempool are going to be clogged like in 2017, ETH, LTC, and to some extend Dogecoin will be the next best alternative, although I always love to deposit with BTC as this is my main crypto to play with. Crypto industry is already in the last 4 years and it will continue to grow specially with it's many advantages like playing at home without any crowd. It's going to be a Billion dollar businesses and pretty sure that more online casinos are going to emerge in the future.

I don't have favorite crypto for gambling, but I often use dogecoin and litecoin to gamble because those coins have a low fee to send. Besides that, I can use the smallest amount like less than 100 dogecoin to gamble, and if I buy 2,500 dogecoin, I can use that for playing gambling for a long time, and I can also store the dogecoin in my account.

The crypto gambling industry will grow, and we already saw that it is happening now because many new crypto gambling websites launches, so we have many options for playing gambling. It is not too early because if we compared a few years ago, the number of crypto gambling websites is increasing, and that includes the games inside the gambling website.

There are many smart contract platforms out there on the market each with their unique features and use cases for the mainstream world. There are many exciting gambling dApps out there on the Blockchain, that are too hard to ignore these days. Personally, I find myself to be quite fond of Ethereum with its ever-growing library of lotteries and decentralized online casinos. But I greatly dislike the high fees and slow transaction throughput on the ETH blockchain. I have tested both TRON and EOS, and they're far superior than ETH in this sense. While they're not as decentralized as ETH, they certainly provide convenience to everyday gamblers like you and me.

Among the various cryptocurrencies and smart contract platforms available on the market, there's a "taste" for every gambler in the industry. Bitcoin is the most widely accepted cryptocurrency for gambling, followed by Ethereum and its competitors. But I believe cryptocurrencies that are fast and cheaper to use, will gain a huge advantage over others in the decentralized gambling industry.
