I like setting up automatic recurrent buys, so that I will always buy some Bitcoin.

Plus, I just buy any amount manually whenever I feel like.

At the end of the day, I don't think it matters too much when you buy it, specially if you're thinking in the long term (a decade or two).
Well, for people who are currently starting to collect bitcoins, buying when they have the money is a good time. no matter what the price is, up or down, if they have started collecting bitcoins they will still buy it, that is because they will continue to hold it in the long run.
however, for those who occasionally buy bitcoins, it seems that the time they are most often waiting for is a bear market, just like today. people have different targets, some are waiting until the bitcoin price is below $45k, or below $40k. however, ideally, now is a good time to buy it. Well, if I had enough money, I'd set aside a few percent to buy it at this point.

Now that the end of the year is approaching, I normally buy small bitcoin to add to the one i have purchased when the price started reducing in the market. Now that the price of bitcoin has dump to $48k, i will like to buy more before the price will start increasing higher in the market. Any investors that buy bitcoin in this season will have a lot to enjoy in the future when the price increase to $70k.
I normally buy bitcoin when the price reduce in the market and hold for like three months or six months before I can supply them to market to make a good profit.

At one point or the other, we all need to buy bitcoin, but when do you actually buy it? or when is the best moment to buy bitcoin?

For example, should I save some cash to but bitcoin when there's a 0 -15% dip? or should I wait till there's a major drop of >30%?

Is DCA the only way to buy bitcoin? What if I invest in an altcoin that booms and then take profit from it to buy more bitcoin?

What is your strategy to buy bitcoin?

As long as you want to buy, you can buy it at any time. Now is also a good opportunity. Although I see the decline now, I can't help but want to take the opportunity to buy the bottom.

This summer, July was my first Bitcoin purchase. Based on a friend’s suggestion, I decided to buy some bitcoins. I think there is no problem buying on dips, but it takes more time to observe the market to get more returns.

I buy bitcoin every month, no matter how high or drop it is..
Buy consistently like Bitcoin is a Netflix subscription to your future net worth, and never sell. If you must use your coin, only use a portion of it as leverage for loans on income-producing businesses or property that will pay it's own loan off. This is the way

Buy when the price drops and is about to rise. I want to buy when the price of Bitcoin drops, but I am not sure what price Bitcoin will eventually fall to. I think it is better to buy when the price is about to rise after a fall, so that even if the price falls again, I am not afraid, and I will be happier when the price rises.

It depends on you and to your budget sometimes people are doing like investing 500$ every week neglect the price of the bitcoin and some of them bought all of their assets to get bitcoins. If you are a short term trading its ideal to watch the market like buying in the dip but if you are a long term investor its ideal to bought already because for the next coming year they are halving the bitcoin again. Just follow the basic strategy if you are newbie buy low and selling high.

-snip-
we actually will not know when the exact dip will last. Today dip may be still continuing and tomorrow maybe more than today's dip.
That is why the indicator may help us to see the chance of the price moving, whether it may have more chances to rise up or even to drop again.
And I commonly will do some of these steps both for Bitcoin and also Altcoins:
- Analyzing the market and also indicator whether the chances may be dip again or not.
- If we think that the price has been in our own resistant consideration, I will commonly buy the coin by percentage, and this is not for all in. Because, we will not know whether the price will continue dropping or rising up. So, if  we want the coin, we can get them in some different prices.
But once more, each person will have different strategy of buying and selling

There is an interesting thing that I can't explain but I will get the idea to buy bitcoin on the W-shaped chart Smiley).  Lol, I like it better because people still buy in low quantity to accumulate.  For bitcoin, it is highly focused on accumulation, while for big risk, it gives a greater advantage to the rest.  Not when to buy, but when you're ready and prepared.
Buying and asset like Bitcoin is not all about price. It depends on funds available and the reason for investing.

Indeed when the price dumps there's a tendency to buy more Bitcoin. On the other hand, when Bitcoin starts having a rally, some people will also be inclined to buy just before 'popping off'. So, there might be some psychology involved and generally only the long-term investors buy when there are price dumps with noobs buying at the top...

for me every time there is a decrease in the price of bitcoin, I then look for the closest support to the next support, by combining the Fibonacci lines, then I will get a buying area that I think is effective. after that, don't forget to also prepare the next plan with the same technique for the second purchase if the price is still decreasing

From what is understood in its raised context in the OP, he has many ideas and desire, but little investment capital, it seems to me that he seeks to link the lottery with some shitcoin and make that profitable in bitcoin, a good idea the best asset to invest is always bitcoin and the moment too, do not get complicated with the issue of the dip or at what price to buy, if you do not trade to live on a day-to-day basis, it is best to evaluate yourself over long periods, that allows you to buy at any time when you have the money If there is a dip and you don't have money, then what can you do? Get it for the next one, it's that simple.

The happy investor is the one who can always buy bitcoin at $ 60K, $ 50K, $ 40K, you should not cry if you buy at $ 60k and now it is at $ 40k, you have to cry if you cannot buy at $ 40k today.

If you have an altcoin that has done some, let's say x5. You can take the profit out and use it to buy bitcoin. Now is even the best time to buy bitcoin as we're in the bear market. Bitcoin is now around  $47k+ which is far from the previous ATH. This is the great dip to buy bitcoin if one really want to hodl some if not 1btc.

I am not that expert, nor have I the time to do extensive analysis before buying bitcoin. If I find a bearish market and have some money to invest, I do my buying.

Of course everyone has their own principle in buying bitcoin as at this time where the price of bitcoin which can be said is still at a low price maybe for them they can buy now and wait for a long period of time, but for me if buying bitcoin is better to buy at an expensive price because we can release it at an expensive price too than at the present time of course the selling price will also be very cheap compared to a few years ago

You buy it when you have reserve cash that you won't miss for a long time. Don't buy on leverage. Don't buy with credit cards. Don't buy with loans. Buy when you have the funds. DCA is always the best way. You can gain more exposure to the market, while not crippling yourself financially. As for when to sell alts, nobody really knows that. Everybody is guessing and playing the long game until the long game is gone. I try to find trades that can potentially get me more Bitcoin, and as long as we are in a bull market, those opportunities will certainly exist.
Lol buying bitcoin from Loans or Credit card is same as taking your heads off, meaning suicide .
the volatility of Bitcoin is always the factor that we must only invest the amount in which we really can afford to lose.
if not then never invest or gamble your money because in the end you will always be the loser.
