What is your exit point? Where will you sell your coins? How much % of your stack will you sell?

I'm not gonna sell my bitcoins for now, due to I'm in the process of savings satoshi. Now if your gonna ask me when I'm gonna sell it, surely for the right time comes unless if the price value will instantly increase and hit the price that I've been waiting.

I plan to exit at $10,000 but  I do hedging where I sell my bitcoin @10% increase and bought at 5% decrease along the way.  I believe that this will enable me to gather more bitcoin while waiting for the target price.  If i wait and not do trading, i feel like i am just wasting my opportunity to multiply my BTC.
Yes I agree with you. Only wait the price rise is only waste your time. The price of bitcoin is so fluctuative, so trading is the best way to grow your bitcoin. Just spend bitcoin profit from trading. So you will still have bitcoin to invest.

I would not sell my bitcoin unless the price spikes higher because that would be profitable investment while you hold your btc. But you must observe bitcoin fluctuations of price before selling so that you may have proper information and so that could not sell all of it and hold the remaining bitcoin.
to me i my self also not ready to sell my bitcoin, even the price raise to 1200 USD. because this time i know that there is good potential in the price of bitcoin to raise more therefroe i have to wait until the price reach to 500 USD.

I usually sell when prices up in 3-10%, its depends trend on market if trend tends to decrease better i sell because i prefer play safe than get a lot profit with high risk
i think i just missed the right time when the price of bicoin raised to 1150 USD. but now the price is trading even below 800 USD. i can only hope for the price to raise again a give me a chance to sell my bitcoins in a good price.
Not just you, everyone who missed to book profits in bitcoin prices were trading around $1150 in recent times will be planning to sell when they will be again getting better price levels above $1000.

I mean to say there will be bigger selling force when bitcoin again trades near $1000. But, as per my speculation if bitcoin comes near $1000 then it will jump to $1500 and $2000 levels easily just to make you people to regret.

Just look at the history if bitcoin. What happened in 2013? The price rose way too fast, it sunk like a rock, then slowly over time it healthily crawled back up in price. The same will happen now. The price shot up too fast to $1,100+, the price just sunk like a rock, and now (hopefully) it's time to resume healthy growth with a slow and steady increase in price.

Yes exactly, the bitcoin repeat itself on growing a we can see, it was just dropped to $700+  to $800 and now slowly increasing as like we have before Christmas came and new year celebrated. Money and bitcoin will be in normal for sure.

that was not true , bitcoin is the best choice for you to invest for future plan
a lot of people decide to hold their bitcoin for very future investment
so basically they will never sell their bitcoin until the old days come
there is a lot of kind bitcoin user, start from investor, trader, active spender and many more.

It is a good strategy.  Are you hedging  for profit while waiting for the exit price for bitcoin?  Well I plan to sell at $10,000 but as what you said, I short my holding when I see 5%-10% profit and wait for it to drop 10%  and buy back.  A good strategy to multiply while waiting for the exit price.

I don't stock much bro and the time when you made this post the price started to sky rocket. I usually try to hold my bitcoins until a very high price is reached, because I have like 0.1-0.2 by max and hence even when price rises from 1000$ to 2000$ wont give me much profit in dollars wise.
Yes for small scale sellers will not get more effect from this price increase. Only those who sell more than 0.5 BTC they will get some decent profit. My average selling Bitcoin also almost same I will sell 0.1 to below 0.5. I will not keep more coins in my wallet. If I feel the price is good, i will sell my coins. I will not wait for the one fixed price.

I plan to sell high and buy low...
I have learned this here on this forum...(lol)

You, dude. everywhere always making a joke for yourself. LOL

Please don't determine if the bitcoin isn't a bubble. $10,000 is a huge amount for now. I don't think it is possible even the maximum supply has reached.
10,000 is too expensive right now but that mat not be a price that high in 20 years, especially if we take into account the times to come that seem to be very volatile due to the economic and political instability.

I personally don't have a fixed number where I plan to sell.. When BTC jumped above $1k it was surely very tempting and I did sell about 20% of my BTC savings, but I still believe that there is a much bigger potential. Who knows where BTC will go in 2017, maybe it will even reach 2,000 within the next few months.
It's a risky game, everybody knows that, but in my opinion it's best to sell a little when the price jumps.
Because otherwise you will be angry at yourself later on when the price drops again, but you speculated it would rise and you didn't make any profit.
Of course this works the other way around too when you sold too early and you could have made MORE profit, but I think this is actually more acceptable than kicking yourself in the a'' afterwards for not making any profit at all.
I don't see bitcoin will reach $2000 of value since some of big whales in china wants bitcoin to have and equilibrium on its rate. Yet, I'm not saying it will not rise because China isn't only the country that affects the bitcoin's rate.
I'm looking forward for bitcoin to rise soon.

There is no specific right time to sell my bitcoin or any other altcoin, every time when you are investing into some thing you need to keep track of every thing like profits and loses. Because then only you will find the solution when to sell and at what price, Firstly we need recover our investment first than we have to play game with other investment.

Currently I don't plan to sell any of my bitcoin since I don't have much, so right now I’m accumulating bitcoin instead of trying to get rid of it, but if a t some point I can get a 100% return on my investment then I will sell half with the intention of buying when the price decreases and that way getting even more bitcoin.
It's always a good decision to sell for a profit, we can surely be profitable if we instill more discipline within so we can wait for a better price. You are actually right mate, we sell when there's an opportunity to sell for a profit and hold the rest for another.

However, if we really are a believer in the future of bitcoin, selling now is not in our mind but we are more focus in collecting bitcoins.
