The altcoin market will live for as long as bitcoin lives. Now the price of bitcoin began to grow and after it reaches its peak will begin to grow and altcoins.
Alt coins are the technology of the furture, Bitcoin will have no use for masses other than store of value, these alt coins (mostly blockchains) will survive and be the tech which drives mass adoption, all with bitcoin on top as a store of value
I think in August the coin will once again drop and it will probably reach 5000, and then there will be a take-off!
Impossible to alts crash. Bitcoin is dependent on alts just the same way as they are dependent on Bitcoin, it's common relationship, they will never fall like you described.
Market crashes are always very common, especially when some people with ulterior motives are manipulating the price of coins.
I think it's nonsense. All that now prevents the market to disperse to the fullest, is the development of business. Because only a small part announced its side in the fight against cryptocurrency, and the rest are silent and think. Because of this, tryptomer waiting for a fair wind. 
I also believe that the altcoins market will not collapse, as every period of time there are more and more coins. YES, maybe many of them in the future and lose their value because of uselessness. But as for me, the cryptocurrency world also lives by the laws of the market, where there is a healthy competition. After all, it all depends on supply and demand. So to talk about full "death" I think is misplaced. In the future, cryptocurrencies will only get stronger and conquer the whole world.
I think the future of us is not yet someone who has not learned to predict. So let's just wait .
I do not think the altcoin market will crash because some of these coin has potentials and even more advanced technology and they are very potential, I believe the altcoin will continue to experience correction as long as crypto exist and there won't be a crash but some underdeveloped altcoin may crash. Even as crypto seems unpredictable and it is also volatile, I still believe it will not crash and it will rise again when the market recover from the fall.
for today a rather strange situation on the crypto-currency market. I see some growth Bitcoin, but at the same time the etherium can not budge. Although they say that all the crypto-currency market is tied to the Bitcoin exchange rate.

we can not deny that an investment will inevitably decrease, it is unlikely that the market will always go up. there will certainly be a time when the market is weakening, and now is the time for the market to crash, and we do not know when the market will come back green. market crash conditions have occurred from early 2018 .. this is really painful.
No one will know because market is unpredictable that's why you need to be prepared everytime market is pumping or dumping. Also some of Altcoin have potential so they will never die because lots of people are getting interested to it day by day and some of them are listed in the top crypto to have higher value. Its better to be prepare when it happen, but i think it will never happen because right now many people are believe and trust to altcoin so it will not crash the market.

Some people think it won't crash, other has been saying "tomorrow" for the past years.
But looking at the gains the last few months its hard to see this continuing for years to come. Can there be a long (3-6 months) bear market now to correct or is crypto too hot and will increase crazy up til implosion?
I'm thinking maybe 6-12 months of crypto craze left. Then crash (90% of coins loose 90% of value) and a few years of bear market before successful crypto projects starts making money. Pretty much .com again.

For me, it never will be. Because for as long as many altcoins are in demand then all the more reason for traders to trade more. Hoping for the crypto to be in a big future. Its a new technology I hope it wont die as long as someone uses it But looking at the gains the last few months its hard to see this continuing for years to come. Can there be a long (3-6 months) bear market now to correct or is crypto too hot and will increase crazy up til implosion?

The bearish market may stretch for a couple of years until some specifics appear in the regulation of the cryptocurrency.So tighten the belt and tune in for a long lull before the storm of growth.)
The topic starter was almost right. The market fell into the grasping hands of a bear for already half a year, and there is no hope that it will be ended soon.
With the continuous improvement going on, it will raise the question, when will the crypto go down. If the decline has occurred like this and lasts for a long time, questions after question start to emerge, about when the crypto will recover and increase again. That I think is humane. Crypto will keep spinning, now the rotation is down. To get to the top again, no one knows for sure when it will arrive.

Every living will die, and the built will collapse, just as cryptocurancy will someday fall, for there is nothing eternal in this world. but I see cryptocurancy can last a long time because this technology is a lot to help human activities daily. maybe this time some cryptocurrency has lost value, it's because people lose interest in it. Even if bitcoin has a masive dump it will grow again. do not worry about all, keep on working because there is a lot of earning potential that we can get in cryptocurancy.

I think the market won't crash, it is only a correction that have to be made so the cryptocurrency price is not too high in the market.
The 2018's bear market still continuing even now. But now, the price of bitcoin is slightly increase on the market although the altcoins price still the same.
