current time is good for trading because bitcoin price is good and i hope bitcoin price will be rise in few day to huge value and maximum people buying bitcoin in huge amount they know that price will be rise in few days surely.

yes its true, sometimes i have this experience too but if i see the price is down than the last time i see the price, then i think i am buy the coins, but if the price is still getting down, then i only hold until i think i loss about 10% from the total of i'm bought.
Cannot be told, I think that trading is good on a low price but right now the bitcoin is very high, with altcoins you can to be honest start already now with some nice investing amount.
As I see it, Bitcoin/Fiat trading is a safer option than Bitcoin/Altcoins trading. But, incredible as it seems, the altcoins are showing a good performance in the market, even with Bitcoin rising in price. I think that as long as you have experience you can make a good profit on the altcoins market, but this is a very unpredictable market.

Actually dude, as a trader you don't need to ask that question, as long as you are ready to loose your money in trading you can start anytime. Because being a trader is really a risk taker. Positively the trader's is totally mindset to win the game and they never look how much money they will loose but they always look to win the game.

Could you please list out any "set and forget" or "9 to 5" kind of jobs ? I guess even government jobs (as per my country trend) also needs more dedication now a days. It's only complicated when you make things complicated, the basic rule in trading is " buy low and sell high", just follow that every time and you will be profitable. In connection to being active everyday, that is only applicable if you are a day trader which I believe most of us are doing the latter.The longer you trade you will definitely improve if you learn from every failure you experience along the way, it's no secret we can be successful in trading.

Then we can conclude that both knowledge, courage to trade and a capital is needed in trading. Since OP is not sure on the amount, Technically any
amount is fine is just that if you have a huge amount to trade then so will your profit be. It is also the same for your losses so trade an amount that
you can afford to lose.

get some practice first with small amounts or suffer well 
The best time to start trading is when you have studied as much as possible about trading and ready to experiment practically. Remember that at first, in the start don't be worried if you lose or gain much. Just learn for a month or two then start getting into market.
