I think the most appropriate time to trade is when the price is low altcoin again that I bought for my store until prices rise, if trading with the use altcoin but if I maen bitcoin was usually fast course,

You can start trading with that amount. There is no maximum limit for trading, but there is a minimum 0.01 btc in many exchanges. Your amount is bigger, so you can start your journey.
You can't make big profits with low amounts through trading, but it is better to start with small amounts and practice before you begin trading with bigger once.
If you are prepeared for trading than start, because earlier you start, earlier you gain experience and start earning.

You can start trading any once you made up your mind that to do it. Due to trading is not waiting for us, our fortune is in our hands of how are we gonna trade it with a nice set up, and conditional mind to it. perhaps you can start trade at novaexchange

yes i will like to say that it is still good time to start trading, because there is not wrong time for starting trading you can start trading any time but one thing must be keep in mind that always try to start trading with little amount of money . In short, every time is the right time to start trading and when you had enough capital on your pocket to buy good alt coins.
And also you can just join some good ICO's that has the potential basing on the developers road map.

In fact, it doesn't matter at all if the exchange are popular or not, most important is you know what you are going to do once you are in the game of platform. But I can suggest you to start in yobit, you can start there at minimum amount of 0.001BTCBTC if I'm not mistaken.
if we have a limitation in the bitcoin, then yobit is the best solution for us to do trading as we can buy many cheap coins and that coins have a chance to get big pump later. and the good time to start trading is when you think that you are ready to do your first time trade and you have the balance in your account.

All you need is a good strategy to earn from it and a good timing to make profit. Learn the coin where are you going to trade on and just be wise on every move you make.
But unfortunately, most of the traders are believing only when the altcoin will be having low price levels is the right time to start trading with that particular coin. But in my experience, we will never able to catch the all time lower prices it is also applicable for profit booking levels too.We just need to concentrate only on strategies for profit making and we never wait for good time to arrive to start trading.

Yes, this is very true. If you are going into a battle, then you are going to need a weapon, and that would be your knowledge. Trading is not that easy, specially if you are lack on the things that you should have known in the first place before doing Trading. Trading also have risks like gambling, so if you are not prepared and you are just going to try Trading just like what you are thinking, then you are just going to waste your money.
Trading may not have as risky as Gambling but it is equally stressful and tough. You just need Luck in gambling wherein Trading even if you have luck you may end up having very less profit. So when you have knowledge and understanding of the system, that is a very good time to start trading.

Cannot be told, I think that trading is good on a low price but right now the bitcoin is very high, with altcoins you can to be honest start already now with some nice investing amount.
