in my opinion, the price of bitcoin can return to a very expensive price when there is good news and when the demand for bitcoin increases and when the total supply of bitcoin is up, I'm sure the price can be very expensive and can bounce back more than last year's price.
+13 million US dollars in Tether yesterday on Bitfinex. It's not that huge but there are some people who are getting ready to buy. We need to overtake $6800 though.

I think bitcoin prices can bounce back when there's good news and when demand gets higher with a very clear sign you can see it from https://www.blockchain.com/btc/unconfirmed-transactions when the transaction there can be more than 50000 Unconfirmed Transactions, of course, the price is very expensive because of the increasingly high demand and busy transactions.
Knowing when bitcoin will be high like last year is difficult to know especially now that the price is down. probably will skyrocket again next year at the beginning of the month.

we still don't know when bitcoin will bounce back but it will bounce up. many people still waiting for this and they still buy a lot of bitcoin right now and it makes the price changing so fast. and maybe we are going to see the bitcoin price bouncing in the next month before December and many of us will sell their bitcoin to make a big profit. but I don't know if the price can be able to break higher than $15000 because we are still in the lower price and it needs more supports to increase the price.
This is not sure to tell about this matter when bitcoin is bounching back but i think not so late to come that day.Anytime bitcoin can be bounchig back.Next year is a good chance to bounchin back .

Many awaits for December bitcoin bounce but we aren't sure yet on it since ETF as well no good news or examples that will lead to it to arise, but hoping just like last year it will bounce high again. Many already lose in this bear market so we need to find ways to earn still.

We have been experiencing serious downtrend in bitcoin. Some people have been holding bitcoin since alt high $19500 December last year till date $6761 (six months ago).
My question is When are we going to experience pump/bouncing back to previous alt high?

No one can determine when the market is going to pump up again because there are a lot of people today who are selling their coins and that is the reason you should be patient even more.
We may may have different speculations when will bitcoin bounce back. But the thing is, everything is uncertain. Which means that, we are not certain on what will happen. We have been into a lot of changes in terms of price or value and honestly speaking, we did not expect all of those. Especially for the part wherein it rolled back. Of course, we still hope that it might bounce back as soon as possible.

Bitcoins bounce back is undeterminable, the price can always pump depending on the people since cryptocurrency is volatile and that's what attracts traders, they use the volatility of the market in order to earn more profit.
There is no specific time period anyone can predict that Bitcoin will bounce back but as per the trend compared with last years and previous years I can say that the trend will bounce back little next month but the complete recovery or bounce will happen after September since there are more good news to come on the way for that pump. Hope there is a long gap but there is no other way than waiting for the bounce to happen.
