A bear is the best time to buy a coin but he must be early like before the coins are now ready to recover he is already done buying because a slight delay can be a big thing already. Checking the price history and ath is not alone but reading the coins' objectives if what are the goals that they want to achieve is also important.

This helps us to pick coins properly. If a coin had reached a certain ath, it does not mean that it will reach it again or it's possible that they can reach it again or more than that but it will not be easy. The real investors never let go any chances and they buy when dip is enough instead of waiting to be told or seeking from someone to let them buy. It's very risky for project to dip drastically instead waiting for those coin you wishes and unlike well known currencies such BTC, ETH, BNB, Matic.

indeed no one knows how long the decline will last, it is possible that it will go down again, but for now cryptocurrency has experienced a deep decline, but for me by buying bitcoin I don't think there is anything to worry about, if there is another decline, we can buy it back until the market goes back up and the bull season comes. although the season comes sooner or later but at least the safest protection to invest is in bitcoin

all possibilities are still possible to happen but it all comes back to oneself. but in my opinion if you want to buy some Altcoins this is the right one because I see Bitcoin price developments are slowly recovering and it is highly likely that Altcoin movements will also follow suit.

But, be careful because this can be another prank prepared to us by bitcoin. We all know that this happens a lot of times. To me, I will wait for more dips in the market because I think there's some more to come.

For us to be sure that alts are now going to rise, we can wait first for btc to overcome 50k and then maybe sticks on that level for quite some time. As of now what can we do is to sit back and relax. Try to accumulate more money in preparation for those events to come.

More specifically, you should look at the history of a particular coin. then it is safe to buy it relative to its value during the previous ATH.
