There is no the best time on every coin for every trader, they can buy it today, they bought it yesterday or even they will buy it tomorrow when the condition meets their threshold. I am not saying that you should buy but why would someone you knew know any better. No one knows where the bottom is. Best thing you can do is lower your buy in average. Meaning that you make small buys during the bear and average them out.
