There is no specific time about when is the right time to buy. Why? Because cryptos are unpredictable and behaves abnormally without any valid reasons. So, investing in altcoin is a difficult task because fluctuations can be happened from time to time.

I think you can buy bitcoin in anytime and I think there is no right time to buy bitcoin. you have any chance to buy bitcoin in any of price but the problem is how you can gain the profit and only with doing analysis, we can know when the right time to buy bitcoin. and personally, the right time to buy bitcoin is when the price can decrease too deep and we can get much bitcoin in that time but to find the time, sometimes it is difficult to do because we need to stay in the market in all day long. the best thing that we can do by placing an order buys at one or many prices so we can get that bitcoin.

If you want to start from new altcoins then pre-ICO period is the best time to buy because usually there is up to 40% discount. But in this case you have to wait for long time. If you want to buy any other altcoin which is already listed then just buy when you have money.

You can monitor the market condition, if it is unstable or is in the red zone then you can buy altcoins, I advise you to be a short term trader, you can sell your coins when the price has gone up 5-10% from when you buy,

I really do not advise anyone at the moment to buy altcoins. I want to hold it in bitcoin and if there is any option then it's Ethereum. Apart from these two, I don't have confidence at this moment in any other although altcoins like EOS and Ripple have great prospects. Am just being conservative, you may say.

If I think for now I should follow the capitalization of the coin market I want to invest. I can buy it now is the right time if I want to buy altcoin. Because now the market price has not been stable. this is an advantage if i buy altcoin now. And I would definitely benefit from the current ongoing altcoin conditions.

The right time to buy Altcoins is that time when the market if RED or go bearish. For the market to go bearish doesn't mean that one must buy any how coins in the market in the name of buying coins but carefully choose your coin that will make you huge profit at the end of the day. A proper research should be done before buying any coin even though the market goes Bearish.

maybe its the right time to buy some alt coins now because the price of bitcoin now is very low, as you can see when bitcoin gets dump the alt coin also gets dump. You can also buy some new alt coins which is in very low price. just make sure that alt coin you are going to buy is a good coin because there are many coins that will never get successful especially those alt coin that is newly release.

If you want to buy alts, generally it is better if you will bought some coins after the coin was released in the market when the bounty hunters dump their coins so it is better for you if you will hold it to buy when the dumpers dumps their earnings from bounty campaign.

Some is best to buy when it was just in their pre-ICO because of the low price and huge bonus some are when they hit the market,
And there are some that are best to buy when they are in dip so you could hold them and make some huge profit from it.
