buy bitcoin for those who have a lot of money can be done anytime and anywhere. but if you want to save bitcoin with a big advantage, for now is not the right time in my opinion. although bitcoin prices will rise in the next year
As long as you have cash to buy bitcoin, do it. This year is still a good time and right time to buy bitcoin. If you are always hesitant, you will always regret the opportunity you waste everytime you think of that. The only path for bitcoin is to go up so every year that will pass is surely another all time high and it's getting more and more expensive.
when ever the bitcoin price will be dump lower and lower this is the high time to buy bitcoin then. that is the most perfect time no other option better than it. so wait and see when price will be dump lower.
When the prices goes down buy at that time, and holding to those who don’t have enough resources to buy, so buy as much as you can in time of dump, because this will get you to huge profit to increase revenue, so buy and hold at the time of fall that will help. Indeed. Many people are always waiting for the bitcoin price to drop. Well I have bought some bitcoin when Dimon announced that bitcoin is a fraud and when China banned bitcoin in their country. Bitcoin price that time dropped and I took advantage of it. But if you have a money and you believed that bitcoin price will goes up then you could buy anytime.

Agree. If you really want to earn in the future, then buy bitcoin when it still has lower rates because when the bitcoin rates rises, you can sell it with a higher price.

Today is NOT the right time to buy Bitcoin. As Bitcoin will continue to become bearish. Soon We can see it under $3k. What we can do now is to SELL it.and rebuy it from the bottom.

Just wait for FUD and get ready to buy some cheaper coins because of the possible dump. Bitcoins and altcoins are cheaper that time and also during hard fork I think coins are also cheap but if you are a day trader you need to study the flow of price in the market. In my case, I am not too conscious about the price I just save, save and save more coins. Once my target price is hit then that is the time to sell most especially if it is an altcoin. For now I totally have no coins in my wallet because I had it converted to fiat due to an emergency but what I did before was I only hold Bitcoins and used it to buy altcoins when cheap and when altcoin price goes up in one or two months I had to convert it to Bitcoin and vise versa. 
Nobody can predict when it is better to buy coins, but if you see a low price, you can safely buy coins. Although many buy and at a high price, but then wait longer to make a profit.

today is October 10th, if seen today is the highest peak of the bitcoin price. this makes me a little hesitant to buy bitcoin at least I dare say that today is not the right day to buy bitcoin. maybe waiting for the next few days. 
I think it will be having a good decrease this month since there are some talks about having another fork. Good dump not because it is so low that you can buy a lot buy it is a good dump because it is just an opportunity to have other people get some investments or some couple of bought bitcoins. I think buying in the last month of this year is not good since bitcoin tends to have a high price at that part of the year.

Buying bitcoin is anytime you want mate, as long as bitcoin is not yet reaching 10, 000$ it is a good to time to buy and an opportunity to us to hold it in a long term.
Only buy when the price drop by 300 to 500$ , which im doing it everytime when i see bitcoin drops its price . That will be an opportunity to buy bitcon before going up again, it will be an easy money everytime bitcoin price drops .
To maximize profit then you have to buy but at the bottom of the drop.
But in my own opinion anytime is the right time. If you ask why? Because bitcoin is yet to reach its maximum price. Also when it have big drop in price it will immediately bounce back and will reach the price higher than before just like what had happened recently.

I think the right time to buy bitcoin is now. Bitcoin won't hit the floor as you expect it to be, especially now that every time that the price of bitcoin is going down, investors are just rushing to buy some more, causing the price to hit back up again. So I think the right time to invest or buy bitcoin is now. Now, about altcoins, be careful in buying altcoins, sometimes when their trend goes down, it ends up with a dump, you'll end up with a loss.
Bitcoin price is unpredictable, the best would be the time when bitcoin suddenly drop its value. There were also expected time when a bitcoin price dump, like having a hard fork which most user expect the value of bitcoin to drop and use this as an opportunity to buy bitcoin. Bitcoin is volatile, get every chance while bitcoin is still low in price. Before the year end, ut is expected to reach 5000$ dollar value, thats is why its not yet too late to buy now.
