Firstly bet in sports for fun and if you realize you are really good on it, risk yourself a bit more and try to make it a profession. Few people are able to do this and you might be one of them, who knows.
I believe there isn't a recipe to follow when talking about sports gambling. You really need to practice, try different analyzes, because not all of them will work the whole time, and of course, you have to be lucky sometimes.

What I observe in football betting is that betting on the favorite teams is a mistake, because the profit returns are low and the weakest team will play defensively, pushing the game for a draw hoping to goal if with the few disponible chances.

I only bet on football when it's already in the semis. Usually just to get some nerves and blood working inside of me especially if the groups are jam-packed with promising hitters and defenders. It only happens every few months that I bet on football, since there aren't that much 'exciting' leagues for me, most especially those leagues that are packed with superstars while the rest of the promising team is left on the dark or in the shadows, without anyone recognizing amazing plays for them.

In essence, I just bet on sports--specifically football--to feel the rush of supporting a team that I know can deliver some good games on the field. Not so much about profits, because I already accepted my fate of being unlucky on sports betting events and gambling in general.

Betting on any sport, in this case football can be for fun, but if betting is taken seriously then we can talk about a professional attitude towards this type of entertainment. Let's say watching a football game with friends at a local bet club and live betting is something I really liked. Of course the whole thing is focused on fun, the winnings are not too important - and if someone still wins something it means we will drink another round or two of drinks.

On the other hand, betting for big money has never been fun for me personally - I was looking for a profit with the least risk, and that used to be too stressful sometimes. To make what you've said short, the best time to bet in any sports gambling is when your favorite team is playing, and of course after you analyzed their past games, their opponents data, so and so forth. Without any research, most likely you'll just lose every bets you're going to make. Also you have to make sure that you're mentally prepared as well, that you're discipline enough to not be overtaken by your greed easily.

Another thing is that you don't want to bet all of your money in just one game, that's like throwing your money in a trash can. Put your bets according to the situation of your team, like if you think they could perform very well in the whole game.

so it was a different one because im thinking that your going to tell the time literally like if its good to bet at the start of the game , in the middle or at the final league/season .

i think all 8 numbers are the same and they all want to say that gambling is not what we think of . if we think gambling is built for money making purposes . with all these 8 numbers , your still asking if gambling is for fun or for profession ? of course it must be for fun only

I have to disagree with you and others about treating gambling for fun as I don't treat my gambling activity that way. There are other ways to make fun. While gambling for fun, people don't realize how much they losses now because they think they afford to lose every bet because everything is for fun. And besides, not because I don't treat gambling as fun, it doesn't mean I make it a profession. It's more of while having fun, there's a professional approach. What's the use of my gained knowledge in certain sports if I will just use it for gambling for fun.

IMO sports betting gives maximum fun if you follow the team and watch the game. For example, if you are a Liverpool fan, and you bet a substantial amount of money on UCL 18/19 final, you'll get the best feeling in the world. Conversely, betting on Man Utd loss will be enjoyable if you are a Liverpool fan

I think this varies from gambler to gambler.Some gamblers prefer high risk in favor of high returns and some others prefer low risk in favor of low return.Both are risky as in gambling anything can happen but I like low risk events and as an example I see today a low risk bet Wycombe vs Reading for Reading double chance.I see this because Wycombe for me is already relegated while Reading needs a win in order to stay in the qualification for Premier League places.

Bookmaker odds on the victory of the team that won five times in the last matches will be so low that the win will bring insignificant funds in addition, such a bet is simply not fun. In my opinion it is much more interesting to bet on equal teams. After all, a gambler can get more pleasure where there is a risk.

It should be taken as fun and no profession as you can’t rely on a profession which relies on luck.The best time to gamble for me is when the two teams recent forms are the complete opposite of each other for example when a team comes out of 5 wins and plays against a team which has 5 lost games the team with 5 wins should have an easy win here.However this is just theory as in practice we have seen all kind of things.

Sports betting is one of the gambling forms where you can use your knowledge, analysis, and experience. Unlike any gambling forms like dice, cards, crash games, etc. where you will depend on luck and of course some strategy to be able to increase your odds of winning. Your knowledge about the sports and even the teams will give you a better chance to have a good bet. Gambling is fun, and I don't think making it as a profession or your main source of income is not viable and stable since you'll be betting against the odds and play with luck. I got this kind of thing with me back then when I was still gambling big time. Not all the rules are followed but there are some similarities and the game is basketball and not football, I wanted to try football back then but it was around the time that I was quitting gambling so I can't do it. This article is about how someone can fall victim of poor mind while gambling, I will focus on what could have set poor mind alive in people whole gambling, most people are thinking to earn more than what may not be possible. 5. Checking the history of over and under 2.5 scores and if both teams do score.
6. Checking if the strong players are not excluded in a match to start

These are some ways to analyse which club will win, but strong clubs do have lower odds, while choosing the lower odds and yet not win but lose. The more who thinks he is professional play bet, the more likely chance he will lose, only few bet should be played. I am thinking of how gambling should be, these are what I found out.

3. Not using high amount to gamble, but small amount that can be lost and never thing about
4. The more you gamble, poor mind develop and resulting to loss
5. If you have won, leave. If you don't, you can lose all you won
6. Look for work rather than depending on gambling but to be taken as fun not a necessity.
7. Gamble for fun, not as profession
8. Do not concentrate on gambling

Should gambling be taken as fun or as a profession? I chose fun because gambling is not predictable.
