I also do the same thing, and it's an effective solution to break the pattern if you can make plans for yourself, so I agree. Sometimes it's not about the money, they could be unaware of how terrible their decision can be until they start losing all the money in their account. I agree yes to take a break allows your brain and mindset to reset properly so that you can think straight and not just to act on the impulse and drive to always win. Having that mindset always make us to make silly gambling mistakes.
