If what I know about going forward is the issue of increase or altcoin growth problems, I will side with the growth direction, because the growth of altcoin will always have similarities with bitcoin and on the same path altcoin will still know the way bitcoin wants this growth more feasible to publish
Now Bitcoin and Ethereum is increasing . When these are stable then altcoin will increase. Because many altcoin capitalised by ethereum and bitcoin base. For this reason altcoins are dump when these base is pump.
The price increase of Bitcoin and Ethereum still did not stop. Therefore, there was no flow of money to altcoins. In order to increase prices, the price increase in the upper side should stop.

I believe that corrections are needed for altcoins to follow the same path as bitcoin I think that's why we seeing few drop back in bitcoin price so in time altcoins will have no choice but to surge
I think the growth of altcoin has started to emerge since bitcoin has experienced a recent price increase, if the price of bitcoin remains significant even though there is not much that will certainly affect the prices of other altcoins and I'm sure this will last in the next few weeks.
The growth of altcoins really started, if you look at the coinmarketcap all the good altcoins are on the pump side especially the ETH. Its hard to tell when this kind of market last but I hope it will continue up to the end of 2019. Bitcoin should continue to pump also so every altcoins have their chance to grow since the market depends on the positive movements of bitcoin. Altcoins is pumping, make money out of it and be patient on choosing the coins! 
Bitcoin price increases will follow altcoin up, but really only altcoin is really good to get this price increase, most altcoin is not rising! It's true!
Having studied the format they took in the last bull run, I have personal decided to split them into 2, so now, I believe we have the Bitcoin bull run and I believe we have the Altcoins bull run, which both of them might be inter woven in a way, but they don’t exactly occur the same time.I remember I have some coins during the last bull run, yes the bull run had started and bitcoin was the main dominant then and really stirring the market, same pattern it took now was same pattern it took the, some altcoins responded with a short increase along with major BTC bull, while some were stagnant, but the moment bitcoin started consolidating, all altcoins started shooting up, so I think that we need to wait for bitcoin to consolidate before alts can follow the bull fully.

As BTC consistently shows signs of a bullish market, with a current price of $7,960.68, the top altcoins are also reporting major gains with Tezos, XRP, Stellar, and Tron among the lead, having 10% to 19% increase of volume within 24h, upon the time of writing. The growth of altcoins is still volatile in nature but with people investing and trading at the moment because of BTC, the following days or months may result to a spike in their price movement.

I think OP should recheck the market situation now. The altcoins are also seeing progress increment in prices. Ethereum is taking the lead and spearheading the altcoins. Now it has become apparent that there is an imminent bull market and investors cannot afford to miss out this opportunity. This is the time to buy more of the valuable coins on the market. I think after such a rise in Bitcoin, the Altcoins should take off after it.

not all altcoins will grow, you must know that
I think the growth of altcoin will take time at least after bitcoin reaches maximum value after growth and stability. after that some altcoins will start pumping but not all. most altcoins are just shitcoin.

I am agree, i think its about bitcoin dominance. As long bitcoin dominance above 50%, i think altcoin price still not start to bullish. Its looks bitcoin dominance still growing and i think in next few weeks, perhaps altcoin price start to rise

This is very sad that while the Bitcoin price is growing now, the Altcoins prices are still in the steady way. But, Ripple and ETH has shown a little bit of growth. Others are only very little growth. This behaviour of market may indicating us that the Altcoins will grow later.
