Yes it will, and perhaps even go higher than 1200. Right now there's a lot of interest around ethereum around it's real world uses which gives it real world value. Eth was very stable for a long long time.
ETH is doing well right now and it is being used as a platform by an increasing number of tokens. I can foresee Ethereum overtaking Bitcoin as the no.1 crypto-currency sometime in the future. So my long term target for ETH is not $1,200 per coin, but $5,000 per coin.

rest assure, it is not impossible that eth will reach $1,200. just look at the price on every year.
ethereum price has increased year by year. i believe that in this year, ethereum price will increased higher than the last year.
Ethereum is a strong coin and this year it could pass $2000 easily. I think it has potential to grow
I can't say when it will surely reach in $1200 but I can predict it will be reach after 5-7 months because base on the news that I gathered, many countries are starting to patronize and use bitcoin.
It has to be happen in the nearest future (Q2 I think) and I expect to see the price about $4000 in this year. ETH is a very promissing coin so I'm waiting a good profit from this investment in 2018.
In my opinion will be easy for Ethereum to reach that price again and could be in the last of this month will surpass it. Now i look Ethereum and others coin try to going up after down trend and boring from consolidation. But in the long term the price of Ethereum still able to going up by multiple times.

I think that during the year the price for ethereum will go up smoothly. It will be a great achievement if by the end of 2018 the price approaches $ 2,500-3,000. And the return of the price to $ 1,200 is likely in the period April-May 2018.

Soon everything will happen. I think as soon as bitcoin starts its growth, the ethereum project will also grow. After all, almost all coins of this crypto world are now tied to the biticoin equivalent. That's why it's only in bitcoin.

Second, most of the current alts including ETH already skyrocketed, a lot of people fell into the bullish trend and bought at a high price. You know what will happen if ETH reaches 1200 - most of the guys who bought at 1100 will start selling like crazy and price will drop. So basically, we just need to sit and wait now.

i think in the end of this year eth will hit 2000$-3000$ price in market.
I believe it's just going to reflect on the market growth as a whole! Right now the market is starting to come back. We're experiencing another dip right now. But it's just repeating what happens every year! I don't think there's much to worry about, but ETH might not be the best coin to hodl got short term. For me personally, I hodl my ETH for long term! It has alot of potential. So I wouldn't worry if I was you! Good luck with everything! And believe me, I'm hoping for the best as well!
I am bearish on the crypto market short term. US Taxes are not going to help people's enthusiasm, as well as a general fatigue and oversaturation of the market. I think the next big upswing will be related to projects actually delivery on their whitepaper promises and maybe have some decoupling of BTC with general market
