That is the future, but if you use smartphone to exploit bitcoin is like destroying your phone. Phone is not equipped with cooling system, if it is not enough, and heat is the enemy of electronics.

Security and Privacy Features on the Blockchain
Of course this will be possible. We can do Bitcoin mining with our mobile. But for that we have to wait a lot. But I know that there is a lot of problems in the mobile by mining the cryptocurrency. But still I am very excited to try.

Smartphone is just for personal use only, you can't even think about mining on smartphone because technology is not made up for mining crypto currency.
Mining needs power and hardware that can handle the algorithms to solve complex mathematical hashes. It is not possible for smartphone at the moment but for future we can't say nothing.

It can consume a lot of power and energy if someone uses a phone for mining and its very prone to shorten the lifespan on hardware because its not intended yet for very high computing like mining but a continuous research may answer all our questions in the future who knows its actually nearly to happen.

In future, it is not imposible for smartphones to be used in mining. As we all know, smartphones nowadays are keep on upgrading its specifications like the ram. So far, the highest ram that a smartphone has is 6gb ram which is equivalent to the ram of some computers which means that a smartphone can do what a computer do now.

In the future maybe with technological sophistication, smartphones can become virtual wallets that will make it easier for us to trade bitcoin.

Dear everybody,
In my opinion, this is a good idea but i think it will be hard to do because the technology of manufacturing smart phone though is growing very fast but requiring technology for the bitcoin mining equipment is also increasing.
smartphone hardware spesification was not suitable for mining operational.mining tools need high endurance , cause it used 24hours x 7 days.i am worry if smartphone used to mining its hardware would explode.

Bear season or just the beginning
As we all know that smartphones are just like computer nowadays that has strong storage capacity and processor. This I think could be enable to mine bitcoin and this is what I am waiting for if there are any smartphones company that would offer their smartphones for bitcoin mining or even as a smartphone that works as digital hardware wallet for bitcoin and other crypto. I am waiting for it to happen. Do you think that it will happen?

I dont think mining in our smartphones is a good idea. You can say that our smartphones is just like computers nowadays but mining in our smartphones is like destroying it while you use it. We all know that mining bitcoins or any other coins is running plenty programs and running it all day long. The battery of a smartphones is not capable of running 24/7 and maybe smartphones is more prone in hack so I will not suggest to have a mining in our phones. Maybe a digital hardware wallet for bitcoin and altcoins is good but for mining. Its a big NO for me Smiley

now a smartphone has been made sophisticated for playing games, namely Asus rog smartphone. I think there will soon be compatible smartphones appearing for Minning Crypto remember crypto is very popular. even though it happened, I remained comfortable using a PC.

Bitcoin mining is even not profitable at the moment using GPUs and phones are even of lower computing power, so it is not something that will happen now nor in the future.mobile phones cannot withstand the strain of its resources

I think it is possible but we need to consider the time you need to mine bitcoins. The transaction is a complicated process which would use too much power and would certainly draw more current from your battery. And we all know how limited our smartphones are and it could heat up that could damaged it eventually. So it maybe possible but not a good choice of device.

I'm sure many large smartphone companies like Samsung, iPhone and so on are developing smartphones for mining, this is because the future of the transaction system is crypto, so making smartphones for mining is a good thing.

I don't think it's possible to replace Bitcoin diggers. Because it seems that the work is too much for it and it will soon break down before you can dig into Bitcoin
Even though the phone is more modern and has a higher configuration, it's comparable to a computer.

Dont even think of using your phone for mining. Even advanced level computers are not enough good to do so. You need certain things like mining hardwares, antminer, etc. But i also hope,  that in upcoming days mining would be easier than it is rightnow.
I think in the near future we can use our smartphones on bitcoin mining, due to the continuously upgrading of smartphones all over the world I doubt that it can't surpass the mining in computers.

I think later on due to the continuously upgrading of smartphones all over the world, upgrading it's storage, memory, processor etc. The smartphones will be able to use in mining. And also soon those smartphones company will approve and offer their phone for bitcoin mining and if that happens it will be more easier to those people who are mining.

I think in the future, but there is some cryptocurrency that you can mining using your smartphones but not that high, like bitcoin and another top cryptocurrency. But keep believing in the technology because someday it can happen.

I think smartphones is not capable of minings because it can destroy your phone smartphones are like computers but as not powerful than computer. I think if you use smartohones on mining you just risking you phones life. Smiley Smiley

This will never happen, smartphone technology can't keep up and compete with mining tech and power.
Why not? Do you ever imagine about internet when you are in your early childhood and the only means of communication is just a telephone, snail mail and other existing telecommunication apparatus in those early days we can imagine internet is so impossible at that time but the technology never stop to discover new and unbelievable things like we have today, and Im sure smartphones will be the one of the most useful gadgets in the future including bitcoin mining capabilities.

The difference lies between "invention" and "improvement". Before, we weren't able to imagine the Internet as it has not been invented yet. It looked impossible to us. But Smartphones, they are already in here and they are already at their peak performances. We see Smartphones getting improved and becoming faster and faster but it is still limited. It's not going to be at the same power as a computer's ability to mine bitcoin. Now, that's what's true today and I might not be able to imagine that a Smartphone is able to mine bitcoins efficiently. Maybe they will be able to invent something new, something much much better than we have as of now.

The two techs are different and we shouldn't be using a scenario in the past about something different to come up with a conclusion about something else. And just because you weren't able to imagine something in the past but somehow the tech arrived to us, doesn't mean that whatever you can imagine will arrive to us. Some things are simply a vaporware.

Considering the current hashpower required for Bitcoin mining, I don't think that it is practical to mine BTC using smartphones. However altcoins with PoS mining can be mined using smartphones.
