The market is standing still and investors are on a wait and see now, people are waiting for this pandemic to end and they are following if there is a new vaccine or any vaccine will be released in the next few months, judging from all the news coming out at least 4 countries are on clinical test on a proven vaccine, so there is hope that this pandemic will be controlled.

You're late, buddy. I already bought when market's messing up at $4k. Well, I am planning to buy once again since I have this hope that market would go back at maybe$9k or if fortunate $10k? Don't have any analysis thought 'cause this is just a mere feeling of mine that when everything seemed to be fine then everyone would go back to crypto space.
As for the vaccine case, I just recently read that Pharma giants Sanofi and GlaxoSmithKline would join forces. It was stated that if they successful achieved their plans, potentially vaccines would be available at the second half of 2021. But let us hope that it won't take that much longer.

When they panic, we should use it to be ready at the market because if that happens, I think the market will look at downtrend so that can make the price to get down too. If we can be ready, we will have the opportunity to buy the coin at a discount price because many people and investors will sell fast their coins. preparing is good but hard to do because we also need money these times ,that is if we are poor but some rich people can always prepare because they already have a good saving iether on thier banks or piggy banks .

and that is what they must do now,Buy more and more while the opportunity is still lowering the price. 
This situation is very unpredictable and in the near future we will at least get a halving bitcoin event and in my opinion there will be a big correction in the future so waiting or being patient to buy more might be a good idea, I personally will only remain patient until the completion of halving bitcoin and see the developments that occur later because there is a lot of speculation that if prices may fall lower so it is not wrong for us to wait longer if we want to start buying again.

honestly with this pandemic, everything is very complicated, my country is in an emergency which means that it is very difficult to leave home to go to the bank to buy bitcoin, my country's banks are working with restrictions and most people are focusing on buying food. to answer your question, i can only buy bitcoin at the end of november or december, i believe that until then i will save a good amount of money
