Don't buy coins when Bitcoin reach a new hieght, this is the silly mistake many did, the best time to buy coins is when market in red or in bear market, buying when price is high will get you stucked
Same with you, I don't even dare to do it and putting all your savings to cryptocurrency in this current situation is not a good idea.
In any situation I guess, because our life savings is all we got and we never know if we will succeed or not. Let's try to educate ourselves and study the basics of investing, we need to allocate a certain percentage only of our entire savings so we can still secure our future, investing is like a trial and error thing until we figure out how to do it but even if that so, it still does not automatically make us profitable.
What if you will suddenly need the money and the market crashed, how will you handle that? Just think wisely and life is more important than having a profit.
Now, this.. therefore, managing our savings properly is very important.

I have already stopped buying any altcoins because I decided to focus only with bitcoins. After lockdown, I believe you cannot allocate big money for crypto investments like how previously I was doing. So, within small budget I want to ensure same level of growth which will be possible only with bitcoin investments. God's grace, I believe I may not stop investing into bitcoin but not sure what is going to happen in coming weeks.

The market is standing still and investors are on a wait and see now, people are waiting for this pandemic to end and they are following if there is a new vaccine or any vaccine will be released in the next few months, judging from all the news coming out at least 4 countries are on clinical test on a proven vaccine, so there is hope that this pandemic will be controlled.
Buddy, any medication that's said to be proven vaccine is already a confirm vaccine and until now i haven't seen any Doctor or Medical practitioners in the world claiming to have found a proven vaccine for Covid-19. Waiting for vaccine to be find/release before buying could be silly thought because the crypto market have shown the sign that the weak hands have exit the market and anytime soon the bull run market can happen.

From the beginning of the year I was expecting that the price would drop to around $5k and I think that this is a good price to start buying again. At the moment, due to the crisis in the global economy, the situation can change at any moment. There is a risk that the price will fall very much once again, but the possibility of one more flash crash is every day smaller. I think that more and more investors from classic exchanges are beginning to notice the potential in the cryptocurrency market and this moment may be the best to buy. Personally, I will wait until the end of April with a decision. Hopefully the train will not surprise me.
I am not expecting any such big move to happen now with the virus as majorly it has effected what it had to do and we know it is going to take couple of months for things to start get back on track. So prices would have already being factored in as it has started to drop from 9k and had fallen 50% or more and then recovered it. So on small dips one should be buying it for making future profits.

but for market conditions I think not because of the vaccine !, but the graph from Covid19 itself, if the graph from Covid19 down, I'm sure 100% the stock market and the crypto market will try to go up
Imagine people using face mask when they go out and do social distancing, it will make our life harder and we will be less effective, hence the flow of the money will slow and the economy will be slow as well.

Since I also need money, I'm not sure if I'm going to buy more. No need to wait if you are sure that the market will recover after this pandemic. I'm sure some of the people already use this opportunity to buy more especially the time that bitcoin dump around 4,000$. And, probably if the vaccine is already available on the market for sure many people will convert their bitcoin or altcoins to fiat just because they need to buy that vaccine. Planning to buy now is a good idea especially if you have extra funds but I know our life and health are more important than an investment that's why just if you have extra funds. All of us are currently hoping for the recovery of the market but probably it will take a lot of months before it recovers and as long we're facing this pandemic we can't assure that the price of every cryptocurrency will recover.

Even though the vaccine might have been found I think I will start buying again for investment when things are completely normal as usual. I also have the desire to buy it now because I think this is the right time to buy but because of the many necessities of life because of this pandemic so I undo my intention.

All the same, the best time to buy a crypto is usually when it dips. Judging with this, I think it's the best time to buy some crypto for those who have cash to invest.
actually, I ran out of the capital to buy altcoin or bitcoin. so far I am still collecting it, and I think this time can be a good opportunity to buy some assets. I honestly feel that in the near future the price of bitcoin might reach $ 10k, and that will have the same effect on altcoin.

Honestly I will not be waiting for the vaccine to be released but at the same time I must be left with some excess funds so that I could think about investing into cryptos even in this pandemic time. I'm not sure about what is the condition in your country, but here we need to pay extra for our daily needs which means we cannot allocate what we do usually budget for crypto investments on monthly basis. I believe this must be the situation in most of the countries right now. So, most people may delay all their crypto investments at least for few months from here onward.I had all my savings on crypto and just waiting to realize profit once the market recovers.
Do not encash all your cryptos at the same time. You must need to encash for your life's need as you are having all your savings on cryptos still we are in the times of cryptos might get doubled or tripled in coming days because of upcoming bitcoin halving. Hence it would be highly suggested to you to wait more without encasing all your cryptos but only part of them even your target price reaches up.
Honestly it's too hard to figure out when will be the lowest point on pricing.
The market will recover soon. Anything under 7K is a good price for Bitcoin.

We don't know what will happen to Bitcoin price after this pandemic and even if there will be a bull run, we can't tell how fast it's going to take off.
Right now, price seem to pretty stable, and best is to start accumulating at any opportunity. Better take action now before regretting. Every buy count right now, you will surely make profit after all this is over.
