Yes. For me, now is the perfect time to buy potential coins considering that the price is still in dump. If we will wait for this pandemic to end, we will not be sure too if the price will stay in dump. I guess the crypto market will experience more pumping moments after this pandemic and buying at this moment might not be the best buying time anymore.

From its current pricing, I think we should seize this time and opportunity to buy more potential coins. We dont need to wait for the vaccine since it will take forever. Moreover, if there is one, whats the difference right? Its not like the market can be cure as well of vaccine. The chances we can recover still depend on the liquidity and for this to work out, we need some investors to cash in some funds and if there is a crisis only few can afford to do this as cash is barely needed now for a lots of supply and medical equipment.

I think we'll never be the same even when the vaccine gets found and the virus disappears completely. People woke up to reality. Taking risks to make money is not appealing anymore. We can observe this by watching gold prices. Right now the price of an ounce of gold is above $1700.
We are still in downtrend, that means still a good time to buy. Many speculations are circulating that after the virus has been resolved the market will recover and probably we can witness another bull run. But the question is, how long this virus will stay? Maybe what you say has a point, vaccines and markets.According to (WHO) in the past few weeks there have been 70 vaccines, being tested, of which have been tested on C. virus sufferers.
Meaning that the vaccine provides very rapid results in its development of this phenomenon to conquer the C virus.
Maybe for now it's better to wait for further development and this could take 10 years to come for the development of this vaccine.

Why wait for the vaccine to arrive? The market right now is good to buy as the price of major coins still down. This is happened sometime only and investors should not waste this perfeft opportunity to acquire more. I would buy btc, eth and xrp. i think the best time to buy again is when there is another bearish run, like the last drop that occured when the pandemic occured. But still opinion differs.
We cant say that the last dip will happen again. The price is consolidated on 6k$ for btc and 150$ for eth so I am not sure if we can see a further low for these and other major coins.
I personally will buy when the vaccine for covid-19 already exists and functions properly to prevent spread.

My further decisions will be depend on what will happen in the market, I will start accumulating again if the market will look healthy. Right now the price, is consolidating between the medium term and short term MA which is the 20 MA and 50 MA. If the price breakout with the medium term MA then we should expect that the price will up again. There are many strategies that we can be use in this volatile market, there are people who are now start buying today because they want to hold. Sometimes I do scalping where it is okay for me to gain small amount of money.
