I work with my team and we are looking for projects through friends and agencies. For us, this is a fairly new direction, but I believe that it is worth developing.
A place where you are looking for an ICO does not matter. But I can say for sure, when you think an ICO is good, planning to invest or participate in a bounty campaign, ect., the project already has a large number of participants and draw much attention.
