I can not directly determine which project is good and not but I identify a project seen from the paragraph of the whitepaper and analyze the coin / token of the project.

I find my ICO's right here , no need to anywhere else , maybe ico bench for some extra info but if you don't find on whitepapers and threads what you look , then there's no good ICO there.

If you need know, you must have representation of companies by their white books. It is necessary to increase the time on this forum from 1 -2 hours to 8-10, then there will be no problems with this.

The best is to keep on looking at the various threads here at bitcointalk. Somone long time back told me that I should use bitcointalk like facebook if I want to be successful in finding great potential ICO's.

actually on Announcement altcoin on this forum. but need to do special research before come to join the ICO project. for now many ICO are potential to be scam. we just cant believe it easily, dont spend your money to scammers. you do to know the team which develop the ICO project, rwad the whitepaper, visit their website, visit their team member profile. etc. actually it's really hard to decide whether An ICO is good or not.

There are different ways of how do i find interesting ICOs.
First of all I am happy to work on the crypto project and our company is more than interesting in starting many new crypto projects. So, all my colleagues are aware of this market and we usually share the info and advice ICOs with great potential to each other.
Secondly my friends. Many of my friends are also interested in this market and they recommend me perspective ICOs.
And the last one is myself. I always supervise news, bitcointalk forum and several other sources and make my own researches and predictions.

I follow everyday the bitcointalk's section called "Announcement (Altcoin)", for example I've found an interesting project in this section called Gilgamesh Platform, that will have an ICO soon

You will find ICO news on Bitcointalk, social media and youtube. Still, there are so many ICO's that you have to be cautious and research the ones you like.

I don't really rely on bitcointalk or other websites, I rely on word of mouth. I participate in several slacks and people often discuss the new ICOs. If I'm interested that's when I go to bitcointalk and other ICO websites to find a deeper analysis.

I find none of them interesting, so that makes for an easy choice. I like the concept, but until we have a transparent way to do due diligence on ICOs, I'd rather go to a casino.

Where do you find interesting ICO or crypto projects to invest ? Here on bitcointalk announcements or on other websites related to new ICO  announcements !

I am waiting for Gilgamesh (https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/bounty-gilgamesh-books-knowledge-platform-2461878). It seems they have great road map to achieve their goal.

You can check ICO listings websites or even in this forum you'll find plenty of ICOs. But before you start investing in any of them do a background check. This means you have to find out who are the advisors, major investors. Does the team have adequate experience? Is the roadmap informative enough? Are they really solving an important problem?
I did my digging and found Karma (https://tokensale.karma.red/) they are a p2p lending platform. They offer payment auto-split to multiple investors via smart-contract.
The ICO is doing excellent, reaching to 6.5 M USD now. Even a 15% discount is being offered to all buyers.

Definitely check out Libracoin, super active dev team that is very communicative with their investors.  Investing with them has been a pleasant experience thus far and their project looks rock solid.  Give it a look.
