Are there other sites besides Coinecko and Coinmarketcap that we can use to strengthen our comparison against crypto coins? Because it is common knowledge that Coingecko and CMC are excellent sites for reference about crypto coins.
I'm sure you have other sites, although not as detailed as the two sites we mentioned.
A little advice from me regarding support other than Coinecko and CMC, you can also use the Bituniverse app on your smartphone to see all the coins and you can also use it to see which markets each coin is listed in, so you don't have to rely on Coinecko and CMC.
Thank you. Besides Coingecko and Coinmarketcap, it means that my friends and other members can also access Bituniverse now to view and find out information about crypto coins.
Hope you are always in a state of success and can continue to share with us about things related to cryptocurrencies.

Usually just google about the coin or event that i wanna know then google will give us trusted source to the front. I don't really rely on the news because in cryptocurrency everything is fast paced. For me, i'm better to watch the social media (mostly twitter) to follow my investment coin updates, i follow their CEO, advisors, teams of coins or token that i hold for make sure i will get the most up to date information from them before it posted on the news

Coingecko that I see often. Besides Coinecko, there is another site that I frequently visit, namely Cryptorank which focuses more on coins.
You can also see other sites recommended by friends for your consideration in choosing and knowing about coins.
I myself also often use Coinecko to reference all cryptocurrency coins, but if the Coingecko site isn't there, I often see other sites like coinmarketcap, now these are the two sites that I often use and I rely on to see all cryptocurrency information.

CMC (Coinmarketcap), Coingecko, CoinDesk. It's a site I read to get information about coins. For me the site is good enough to compare several analyzes before making a choice.
I also follow them. it is like a common social media that traders in the crypto market should follow.
the most important thing is not to follow influencers who support meme projects too much with hype without clear product development.
It's okay to follow influencers as long as it's good for us and helps us get the best. However, regarding the crypto news sites Coinmarketcap and Coignecko my flagship, may also be yours.

I've been reading CoinDesk and CoinTelegraph, but those are general news sites in my opinion.  There isn't a lot of news about the smaller coins.

What sites do you read?

When it comes to smaller coins you can get them on their official social media and telegram channels, big advertising companies hardly covers smaller coins, they charge them with a huge fee if they are going to cover them, so if you invest in small or start-up coins always get the news in their official Twitter or telegram channel.

Here

https://www.theblockcrypto.com/

https://cryptorank.io/news

I'm always using both sites to get the latest news about altcoins. i often use cryptorank to get the news for the small coins but you can also try to get specific news through CMC as well. These sites are good sites based on my experience.
Cointelegraph and coindesk is probably the best crypto news provider out there. These two are very much professional in terms of giving out news update and very much far in terms of competition to others. However, there are other information giver in youtube which is quite legit. Altcoin daily and Coin Bureau is one of the best out there having internal details about the project and aiming for highest quality crypto news in youtube.

Coindesk and Cointelegraph are the best cryptocurrency news sites and the news provided is always new with clear evidence that it is not a hoax.
There are some recommendations from me, but I can't guarantee it will be better than the two sites, but at least enough to be a reference, the sites I mean Cryptocrunchapp and NewsBitcoinCom, sometimes I also look at Coinmarketcal, indeed this is a site for events, but very helps to find the latest information about what will be and is being developed

With regards to news about crypto, I usually use Coingecko whenever I want to see an update on how the coins that I am currently eyeing and investing to is doing. I also get myself updated through bitcointalk wherein as I explore and look for a topic I can relate and share my thoughts with, I can easily get an idea on what's best to do with regards to the current situation. I find it very essential that staying updated about how is the market is currently doing because it can give you a hint or an idea of the best course of action with consideration to your current situation.
For me, I prefer to get my resources from cointelegraph or coindesk. But sometimes, if i want to be more particular with the topics i want to research, i simply enjoy reading the forum. So i get to know the thoughts of other members plus i get updated with the current news and events.

I think what's more important is we will never left behind with the current news because it's our own way too to be more knowledgeable so we can apply those new found information into trading, investing or even hodling coins with great potentials.

Basically, I almost always find out about cryptocurrency news from Twitter. A lot of useful information in one place is convenient. I also use other sources, and of all, I like coindesk the most.

I will be visiting coinmarketcup and look at some recent news here https://coinmarketcap.com/headlines/news/ and use the search button of every coin of you need other information.

other sources of information about altcoin, I use reddit and twitter, we can use #cryptocurrency #NFt and others for keywords and some tweets will be seen then some posts will lead to article axis, there are many things and I think all social media platforms have provided a lot of latest information for cryptocurrency developments
The method you use is a very good way and also very powerful in finding every information we need, because I have also used this method in the past and also at this time so that any information I need will always be there, so there is no need use many sites to find out about cryptocurrency news, just use coinmarketcap site and twitter to find all the information about crypto, you are doing an amazing thing Mate.

I read more news about crypto from social media, be it Twitter or Instagram, I think it's the same whether it's news from sites that contain crypto news or other social media. the most important thing is the news we know and the news about an altcoin that we want to get. if we want to find a news then we just choose between opening the site or looking on social media.

Every social media that discusses cryptocurrency news, it is enough to represent all the information that exists in the cryptocurrency world. YouTube Channel owner admins, or Facebook page admins usually get interesting news , then share it back with their subscribers. That way any news on other websites, of course, will be conveyed quickly.

In addition, I prefer to join the official telegram group, for example, I'm a BNB fan, so I have to join the Binance telegram group to get valid information early.
And there is a coindesk, cointelegraph and this forum that presents the latest cryptocurrency news.

I read on many sites, even though the site is public. However, during my activities here, the main sites I read are Coinmarketcap and Coingecko. For me, these two sites are very complete about coins and are very suitable for me to use as a reference for choosing coins.

Getting reliable news or feed about crypto is a challenge these days since mainstream media outlets usually gets the news muddled or just plain wrong. I usually do cointelegraph and whatever else catches my fancy
Actually it's also not a complicated thing to find the latest interesting news, because now everyone also knows which sites provide good news for everyone to follow so they don't have to think about new sites that create chaos in the form of news they produce write.
