I would advice you to visit exchanges. There you can easily trade - sell/buy. Binance,Mercatox, and it is also easy to use and cheap to buy on decenterlised exchange ForkDelta.
I, too, will not be original, but I will only express my opinion. I sell mostly on Binance. Still never this exchange did not fail me. Unconditionally, I will be glad to advice of other forum participants, where it is better to sell and buy their tokens.

It depends on you. Which token you have in your bag. We don't know that. It will be better if you go to coin market cap and search for the token you have then open the coins page in coinmarketcap. Now click on market . Nor you can see that your token is listed in which exchange. Go to that exchange and sell it. Now if there is a centralised exchange like binance bitterx or kucoin anything, it will be easier to sell. Better if you check which exchange have better cap on that specific token. You also have a choice ato go for decentralised exchange also. It's upto you better do some research about the exchange before selling the token.
There are special exchanges for this, you can go to the coimarket cap, choose any token click on it and see on what exchanges it is traded,and already go there and sell it or buy a token,and so the coin can have 5 or more exchanges where it is traded,and the more the better

Well, first go to nonmarket and looking for your coins if not there , then looking for a group in the telegram about the coin and ask what the exchange is
