Lottery is luck. Whether you change your number evrerytime you bet or retain that same number your entire life, if you're not meant to win it you won't. For me winning he lottery is destiny. Some people keep the same number for years yet they failnor forget to bet on the combination when the time comes that it wins. So the chances are pretty much the same for me

Actually that's how and on what basis true martingale works on. User believes that ( in case of coin flip ) that until what time the coin would show a Head or Tail consecutively and hence they bet on the opposite side with a increasing amount each time to cover the loss given in previous bets.
Though martingale works but actually the odds of next event are always independent of previous one.

I dont believe and I wont believe in something like that because the way the winning in all this lottery is positioned, buying just one number every time, one might need to wait till eternity for that to turn out well. Even for those who have one over the years, is there any one that have admitted he has been buying the same number, I guess its a no. Its just chance that happen at that point in time.

The same it is all based on lucky , i am also trying the same way for more then past 5+ yrs playing lottery in a site with same number and same quantity of tickets purchasing but till now i have never won a lottery, so everything is based on luck.

Well, it is actually an old ways of the people who are addicted in lottery even there doing it for a years. It can be their motivation in their mind that One day I will become a millionaire, LOL Grin

if this just like an ending number of certain sports game maybe keep betting with your favorite number will do, but when it came to a lottery that's needed a lots of numbers to be guessed its really hard to keep placing your bet from time to time things might happen that even you already dying the combination that you got will not be picked.

This thing should be putted on our minds on playing lottery and you are definitely right because thinking off there are lots of combinations to think off and chances of winning would really be small lets say 1 in a million and betting for a lifetime to your number would be possible.

Well that is the way here in my place, they bet on the same number everyday as long as they have money to bet. There are lot of people that I know that won by this strategy, though it takes time.
They said that "petting" a number to bet or in lotteries are a very good way because you dont need to think for another number that will make you very confused.

You believe what you do but I believe lottery is just a waste of money if you are very positive you can win. Spending money on it in a daily basis is like saving your money in a toilet bowl where you flush afterward, the chances of winning is very low and we should educate our selves on that.
I would prefer to just bet on games that I love and those that gives me a realistic chance of winning, lottery is not my type of game and I don't believe in baseless strategy to win.

Whether or not you buy the same lottery number every time round doesn't affect the fact that lottery is a severely -EV game, in fact you are better off playing roulette or blackjack than to buy lottery tickets statistically speaking.

Lottery tickets will never get you rich. Just don't buy that stuff and get something that can make you happy each day instead

When we are talking about national lotteries the chances for you to hit the jackpot are extremely slim.
It is said that you have higher chance to die from lightning struck on your way home than grab 1st prize.
And your numbers have nothing to do with it. It is pure coincidence if you win (as long as lottery is not rigged).

I don't believe in any of these series that a number once drawn can't be drawn next time or a number not drawn earlier has better chance of being drawn next time. Each time I make a bet I think what can happen in this event and this is the reason why for me sports betting is much much better than dice or other luck based games.

No i dont think so because its like a lotto anyway so therefore there not easily chance to win in the lottery it is full of comprehensive to perform the lottery to win in the game. i tried this already stay in your own group of number for a long time but i still not be rich but sometimes i am hitting 4 and 5 digit which it has few winning price.. but hitting jackpot price still not..
Maybe only few lucky person that actually can hit that jackpot price. that they are stay for too long..
