Getting married on the young age is not a problem, people plan for their future as well, if they work hard for their family then poverty over them is not possible... But it young people just gat married because they just like to with out a clear plan ahead then poverty is just starting with them...

Young marriage is okay as long as they already have plan what to do after marriage.  Of course we didn't talk about child marriage here.  They have to understand the responsibility of being married.  What to eat, where to live and when to have a children.

Is there a thing called 'Marrying young'? You get married when you're matured enough for it... And that maturity extends to your emotional stability and your financial capabilities too. Don't be surprised, many married at seemingly older ages still deal with immaturity issues... That's my response to your term 'marrying at a young age'

As for increase in poverty rates due to procreation, it's largely a matter of irresponsibility and failure of the societies surrounding the intending couple. The regulations ought not join individuals who are not able to take care of themselves plus one or two extra mouths in matrimony... The societies in this case extends to both religious, non-religious, secular and family... So, one way or the other, we are all responsible for whatever happens..

There is nothing wrong with that even at young age as long as those married persons are in legal age, responsible and really know what they are doing. Why they should not go into marriage if they think they are fully prepared and knows the responsibility that will faced? It's beyond our control.

Your concern is out of the context. There is no concrete solution for that even for a country where there is strict child policy. Better think of other things if you really want to be  a responsible citizen on your country.

Remember, when you get married at a younger age, you join forces together to eliminate poverty. One of the people might have lived in poverty and they might get married to a wealthy person or someone with a job. They are also more economical active at a earlier stage.

Yes, adding 1 or 2 kids to this scenario would make things a bit more complex, but a lot of countries are suffering from a decline in population and they need to increase their local population to add "new blood" to the workforce.

Getting married at a young age won't make you poor.Having kids at a young age will make you poor for sure.
I don't know about your country,but rising a kid from it's birth to the age of 18 costs more than 150,000 USD in the USA.The cost might be lower in the other countries,but it's still a significant amount of money.

First of all the definition of the young age is not clear from your statement.  How much young you are?  you should have written here.  A man at the age of 40 is young in the eyes  of the person of the age of 75  year but on the other hand is an old man in the eyes of 18-20 year old.  
Your second point is that getting marriage at "this" age is beautiful.  It indicates that you want to marry; there is no negative thought in your mind regarding marriage.
Now touching your economy issue:  IMO that till the time you are unable to earn sufficient money to feed at least 3-4 people properly and fulfill other needs of this family;  you should not get married.  You must first make yourself capable enough to earn first and then to marry only.  
Also you are worried about increasing population.  Definitely it is very big problem on the earth.  In some countries like India China  it has started showing it's side effects in the form of natural calamities etc.  China has taken strong steps to control increasing population.  But in India some strict strong steps still not taken due to political reasons.  Mostly poor and specially muslims are major contributors to population increase in India.
So it is good that you are worried over this issue.   You are welcome.  
After you settle yourself in some earning business and you attain the age of around 24-26 you should get married because this age is best for marrying.  To add your contribution for population control; you may opt one to two babies  

I see in my country many marriages at a young age and don't think about the economy in the future,
I know getting married at a young age is very beautiful,
but if the economy is insufficient, maybe should think again not to get married at a young age,
and I think from that marriage it can give birth to children and increase the population of the earth, and maybe in a few years the earth will be full of humans and surely there will be many other crimes to survive on this earth,
